It went very well! this was our second application. I noticed after the first that the majority of the weeds were gone. Mark was easy to get a hold of and answered all my questions and concerns. We have children and pets thus we were looking for the safest option out there!

Well, it took several months, but he filled it out and sent it back, so I've continued the service. It is very important to me that this organic option continue to be available in the Chicago area, so we can have decent lawns without poisoning the water we drink and the animals that enter our space. When he comes next time, Mark will be applying a natural grub treatment, milky spore, which is effective but very hard for me to apply myself. He will charge $52 to apply it commercially; an application expected to last 15 to 20 YEARS. How reasonable is that price?!
