Biggest mistake I have ever made. I contacted Felix for an estimate. He got back to me quickly and said he was out of the country but would have his cousin contact me for the estimate. His cousin contacted me soon after. I told him I wanted a pure white quartz top. I had pick up a sample of Orian quartz Absolute white. His cousin said that they could get that same sample and when he came to measure brought his own sample which matched my sample. About a week later the countertop was installed. I am handicapped and was not initially able to inspect the job. I knew they would be installing the same counter in another bathroom in my home so I wrote a check for the down payment on the entire job and thought that if there were any issues they would take care of it on their next visit. When I was able to get upstairs I immediately notice that the color of the quartz was off white and did not match the sample I was shown. I also noticed that the edge which was to be a square edge was rounded. I called and the cousin told me Felix would be back in town in three days and he would address the situation. When I spoke with Felix he told me, "Yes, the sample that was shown to you and the countertop that was installed are different." I asked him what he planned on doing about it and he responded, "You can keep the counter as is or I will come and remove the countertop and refund your $700." I was concerned what damage there might be to the new $800 vanity and $200 sink if he tore the countertop off so I told him I would get back to him. I contacted his supplier and asked them if they carried Orian Absolute white and they said no but they do supple a pure white quartz top. After specking with them, I decided to have Felix remove the counter and refund my money. When I contacted him he told me to contact the supplier to come out and look at the countertop and if they would refund his money he would refund mine. I contacted Universal Marble Supply, Felix's supplier once again and told me what Felix had suggested. Their comment to me was that there would be no refund and this matter is between me and my contractor Felix Soulutions. I totally agree but wanted to be sure I complied with Felix's request to contact the supplier. It looks like I will be seeing Felix Solutions in court. Once again DO NOT even think about doing business with this lying crook!!

The piece was sized correctly, and the workers arrived close to on time. Their installation was rather sloppy, with hard-to-remove glue getting on my sink and tile. They didn't clean up after themselves, yet they did make a return trip to install the back splash.
