They did a good professional job. Their promo they were offering for buy 1 get 1 was a little misleading. They had great follow up when they were done. They cleaned up afterwards very well too. They left us the metal frames for us to recycle, so that helped as well.

The salesman name was Walter, and he went above and beyond. They were on time, and they cleaned up after themselves, and they hauled away the old windows. They have followed several times to ensure my happiness. We have plans to install 2 more windows with them.

The estimator was almost 3 hours late yet called every 30 minutes to say they would arrive in 10 minutes. The measuring team was also late in the same manner. The installers were rescheduled at the last minute and arrived 2 hours late even for the rescheduled time. We used Feldco because we wanted something fast, decently priced, and okay quality. We weren't too concerned because we were only replacing the basement windows. The windows may be the best crappy vinyl windows, but they are still crappy vinyl windows. Gloppy seams, less than perfect operation. We wanted double hung windows so that we could open the top part of the window, and we told the salesman this, but the windows are designed poorly so the screen will not cover the top part of the window if it is open. The installers didn't have enough time to do quality work so the end result is extremely unsatisfactory even though I specifically requested the installation team be given additional time due to the age and nature of our home. At least 2 of the windows aren't level, the caulking around some windows is so sloppy I would have preferred to do the work myself. We requested they not caulk the interior, yet on one window they caulked about 4 inches then they must have changed their minds but didn't bother to clean it up. Cured caulking is nearly impossible to remove without creating additional eyesores. One window is installed almost flush with the interior drywall so that there is no room inside the frame to hang window covering. None of the other windows are installed in this manner so it looks extremely bizarre. Luckily I am a designer and was planning on custom making window coverings for this room anyway. The estimator left our home at 10:00 pm, and the installers were here until almost 8:00 pm. They obviously do not respect my time, or my family's time. If I had the time, I would have done the installation myself and would have been much happier with the result and I'm not exactly very handy. Normally I would request they return to correct these issues, but I am tired of them showing up 2-3 hours late just to do inferior work. We had requested new frames for all the windows, but the estimator assured us the existing frame was okay. That may have been, but the installers severely damaged the window frames so much that I wish the crew had listened to my originally request. Not only was my schedule devalued continually, but so was my opinion. I feel that this company is too much about squeezing too many customers in too short of a time to turn out a bigger profit for the owner. If it weren't for the half price sale, I would feel extremely ripped off. Luckily I just feel very dissatisfied. On the bright side, I know next time I can save money by doing the work myself because I couldn't possibly do a worse job.

We were originally looking at a Pella replacement window, but the Sophia Series was a much better quality window at a better price too. While there was some pressure to sign with them the same day they came out to give the estimate I have been happy with everything else. I was told to expect it to take 4 to 6 weeks to setup installation, but windows were installed yesterday at just under 4 weeks. The installers were very professional, and everything went smoothly. The windows look great.

We dealt with a thorough and patient salesman. He convinced us that we were making the right choice. The installers seemed to know what they were doing. Everything had been fine until recently when we noticed a problem with the installation. I called them about the issue and they told me it would be around forty dollars to fix it. I didn't appreciate that they were going to charge me especially since the windows were just recently installed. In the end, I felt that their customer service was lacking.

Things went very well. They did a good job, pre-measured and the installation was complete in one day.

Their contract states they don't have high pressure sales tactics but then you have to sign on the spot while the rep waits if you want to complete the sale! It felt very pressured. Plus they didn't have windows we were looking for - we wanted a few with blinds in between the glass and we've only found one company that offers that so we went with them instead.

Randy called and I told him I wanted 20% to 25% refund to compensate me for all of my personal time I had invested both waiting on installers, installation repairs, and escalations as well as the additional utility costs to heat my home and all of my frustration, and inconvenience of waiting from 9/25 to 12/29 to replace a broken window. Feldco s customer service is terrible and my experience has been almost unbearable. I am not asking for 100% refund nor am I asking for 50% refund. I also asked to talk with the owner, Doug Cook. Randy Peacock called me saying he was the final person to make the decision, I would not be talking to Doug, and their offer was $1,000 refund I asked if their advertisement "We ll never change how we treat our customers and the better business torch of approval was worth risking I was willing to take 20% to cover my time over 32 hours of personal time plus my time calling and writing to get Feldco s attention. Randy said he would not refund $2,200, his only offer was $1,000 10% take it or leave it. That attitude, their customer service, the problems I ve had and the fact they will not refer my request to talk to the owner/CEO is not worthy of the BBB Golden torch. I am filing a Small Claims court suit for $2,200 plus the court filing cost. With this type of service and attitude the public needs to know about Feldco.

It was wonderful. The salesman was kind and courteous. The installers were all very respectful. They took off their shoes before entering our house. They had respect for my home.

All but the garden window went smoothly. The garden window they brought was the wrong size and we had to wait to have the correct size ordered and installed. The communication on getting the garden window installed was not done well. We had to follow up several times, but we are pleased with the final product. Windows were ordered in March 2008 and installation completed in May 2008.

We met with Harry and he was able give us several options to replace our patio doors. We went over the options and prices and decided to go with the standard sized door with a wider trim to fill in the extra space once the old doors were removed. They did a great job and we are very satisfied with the finished product.

They were on time. They did what they were supposed to do. The windows were nice. Everything went smooth.

I could not be more pleased with the service and the product from Feldco. Feldco was prompt is responding to my call and did not hesitate to come out for an estimate on one window. The sales representative was informative and very accommodating. All personnel arrived when expected after Feldco confirmed all appointments. The installation took about 1.5 hours, with my window exposed to the cold for about 10-15 minutes. The installers were neat and very professional. They were very thorough in showing me in the features of the new window. I will definitely use them again in the future.

We were told it would take three weeks for the windows to come in and it took six. Also told it would take a day to install. Took two. The installers were very nice and cleaned up well. I just didn't like how the sales representative basically told us what we wanted to hear instead of the truth.

Very smoothly. It took 2 days for all to be installed. The windows were 1 day and then the patio doors the next. We even made a change to the windows during the ordering process and it was not a problem and we received them correctly. We recommended them to our neighbors, and then ended up using them as well.

The process started off very well. The sales guy, John, presented the product and service very well. He spent quite a bit of time with us during the sales process in order to describe the features of the windows (we had lots of questions) and to describe in detail the installation process. Once we decided to hire Feldco they sent out their measure tech twice. The order changed from replacing 1/2 the windows to the complete house. I appreciate the fact that they wanted to get the measurement correct and make sure for all windows. This is where the project took a turn for the worse. At this point, the process involves the measurements with the window order going to the factory for production. Once production is complete the installation is scheduled. The installer picks up the windows and inspects for quality and then installs the windows. At every point from the initial there were problems. The first attempt at the installation resulted in 4 of the 14 windows needing to be subsequently replaced (so much for the quality inspection). 3 of the windows had the wrong glass (frosted vs. clear), one windows frame was cracked and I was one window short (only 13 arrived). After receiving strong assurances from both my sales guy and the customer service office that they would do everything possible including inspecting the windows themselves and rushing an order to get the issue resolved, I continued to be disappointed to tune of 3 additional attempts at resolving the seemingly trivial task of ordering and manufacturing the correct windows! In the subsequent 2 attempts, there was either a missing window or they were the wrong size. By the fourth attempt, we finally got all windows installed. While we are satisfied with the final product, the process was as frustrating as can be. There are SERIOUS organizational communication and quality control issues with the customer service. You'd think that someone would be on top of this given the extent of the blundering, but I was NEVER offered any consideration for the inconvenience (my wife had to deal with all of this and be available for each failed attempt) that we had to endure. I had to suggest that they could go a long way in preserving any goodwill that may have been left over by either discounting the job or by offering a future discount off of another service (I plan on installing new doors this fall). I was offered a trivial $100 discount. Please. Thus, all goodwill was burned. What they do not realize is that at the beginning of this process I had recommended a friend look at Feldco for his own window replacement job and after observing my experience would never consider Feldco. Not only would I never recommend Feldco, I will go out of my way to discourage anyone lest they risk enduring our episode.

It went fantastic. They sent 5 guys and they arrived on time and got all the windows installed in a day. These are high quality vinyl windows with all the features and then some. After listening to many of the different window company presentations knocking their competitors it was refreshing to hear the benefits of buying windows from Feldco. From reading the reviews on AL, I was expecting a hard sell. I told the sales person I am looking at 4 other companies and if he wants my business, I want his best price. He gave me his best price and it was lot less the the others. I would suggest that you have these guys come over after you got your quotes from everyone else so you can appreciate the value and close the deal if your decision will be based on ethics, price and quality!

They were very professional. They came and did what they were supposed to. The installers were good. The sales people were nice, but were not terribly responsive to my inquiries about some damage that occurred to the door in transit. They called once, but have not made an attempt to fix the door. We've use them in the past and have been satisfied with their work. They have good prices on good quality, but they could work on their resolution services

Salesman used extremely high pressure sales tactics in order to get me to sign on the dotted line. I live in a townhouse and must get board approval before having windows replaced. Even knowing this, he was insistent on getting me to sign up saying that if the board did not approve the project, Feldco would refund my money. I told the salesperson this was already discussed when I made the appointment so he should've known the situation before arriving at the appointment. Since I wouldn't pay anything before approval or sign anything, I was told the price would be the higher price given (1st price) and not the "special" price offered (2nd price). Then, a week or so later, someone from the commercial division called and left a message to say they could get my order in with another bigger order they had and give me more reduced pricing (3rd price). I felt like Feldco was playing games by this point and refused to give them any of my business. Never knew what the next "special" price was and didn't return their call.

Problem with size of one window, didn't fit, discovered after old window was removed! Later problem with air leak on another window and brown film between glass. Later same window glass cracked during winter. I was initially fairly unhappy, but Feldco customer service and follow-up is good, and the problems were fixed promptly.

The windows are easy to take care of. They slide in to wash, you don't have to put your hand outside at all to wash. The company stands behind their work. They don't send out "charmers", just people who have to work hard to make a living. I am very pleased with them and will be using them to install more windows in a few weeks.

The sales process went relatively smooth unfortunately, their installation crew was a train-wreck. 2 of the 3 guys from there crew left our bathroom a mess. They also used a caulk that left a brutal odor that lasted better than three days. Overall the installation process was a disappointment. I guess we got a bad crew.

They did a great job even with dealing with the cold weather. They did not have the trim I wanted so they went out and bought the trim I wanted.

They offer 6 months zero financing.

They were always on time and cleaned up after themselves. Overall we had a very, very good experience.
