Description of Work: I requested a free estimate to replace 4 windows - the sales person was knowlegable but I felt very pressured to buy. I finally signed the contract knowing that I had 3 days to cancel - which I did the next morning. The company was unable to install the windows so they appeared as if they had always been there. It would be a retro-fit with quarter round and that wasn't the look I wanted

Description of Work: I called for a basement door. Next day a person showed up at the designated time. I ordered the door I wanted ...no hard sell. Following day a rep showed up for measurements. 2 weeks later 2 men came and installed the door perfectly. Very courteous. I received follow up calls from Feldco asking me if I was happy with my experience. Answer yes

Description of Work: Had windows on the second and first floor of my house replaced. Was happy with the workers and the work they did. Since they didn't carry the exact colors we needed to match the rest of the house they worked with us and came up with alternative options, that in the end gave us what we wanted.

Description of Work: I told the salesman upfront that I needed to be here when they installed the siding because of my dog. I was told, no problem, we will work around your schedule. That was not true, they work on their schedule. I was told there would be a crew of 4 & that it would be completed in 2 or 3 days..not true. There was a crew of 2 for the first 3 days, then a crew of 3 the last 2 days. They did clean up the larger items around the yard but they did not clean up any of the little things lying close to the house. Lots of nails & small sharp pieces of metal all around the house. But the siding looks good & I was glad when it was finished.

Description of Work: They installed new windows for us. We were very, very pleased with our windows. The customer service was very good. Overall we were happy.

Description of Work: Pushy salesman. They don't tell you this when you call for a quote, but you have to agree to purchase on the spot when they come out. I said thanks for the estimate and I'm going to check with a few other companies and the guy acted like I'd wasted his time. then they kept calling me trying to sell other stuff until I told them to stop. Went with scientific home services and had a much better experience.

Description of Work: WE HAD SEVEN WINDOWS REPLACED. ONE WITH A GARDEN WINDOW, FOUR WITH SLIDERS & 2 WITH DOUBLE HUNGS.
