+ -1 moreF&M Montoya Tree Service were one of the few contractors that guaranteed a safe removal using a cherry picker for cutting down the top most sections of this over 40 ft pine tree instead of climbing. They were safe and efficient and thoroughly grinded up the stump and roots carefully avoiding the natural gas line that was JULIE located adjacent to the tree. OVERALL OUTSTANDING SERVICE AND FOLLOW THROUGH !!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!
Description of Work: Remove 40 ft pine tree in front yard that was continuing to grow and posing a risk of falling on the house.

Description of Work: Removed 2 very large Ash Trees, 1 in front yard and 1 in back yard. The one in the backyard was very difficult to remove because it was so close to the house and there was also a brick patio to be protected. They also ground the stumps and the large roots on the front yard. (The roots in the backyard were under the brick patio.) They used the grindings to put mulch around my bushes. They also raised the lower crown on a Norway Maple in my front yard to let more sun get under it, so some grass can grow. In addition, they also pulled out a small dead pine in the back yard. Although a gutter got dented slightly near the back yard Ash tree, they replaced it promptly. Ralph 'said what he meant and meant what he said'. Javier, the owner, was also good to work with on this project. It was a very difficult project, and I am very pleased with the work they did.

Description of Work: I have used F&M Montoya tree service a few times for tree trimming and cutting down huge (more than 60') trees. I find their pricing is always competitive. They are responsive with excellent punctuality. They arrive, do quality work, are available for questions and requests and are tidy. One time, I asked for free mulch from my tree. At my request, they backed into my yard to a large area used for bird feeding and dumped the large mulch. cost included grinding up the stump. Their work is excellent with no yard damage and a clean area when they leave.

+ -1 moreI contacted Francisco at FM Montoya so that I could get an estimate on the removal of 3 trees on my property. Francisco contacted me within a few hours, left me a message, and came to my house and did the estimate the same day. He left the estimate in my mailbox. They were ready to remove the trees a few days later, but I was still waiting on a tree permit from the city. They came a week later and removed all 3 trees in one day. They ground the stumps and hauled away all of the debris. They were so efficient, professional, and polite! I paid the same amount that was stated on my original estimate. These guys are good, honest, and hard working! I would definitely hire them again!!! They also had the best price for tree removal!

+ -1 moreThey did a great job cutting them down and cleaning up afterwards. This is the second time I've used them, the first was to remove two tall pine trees. They work hard and do an excellent job, and the price is right.
Description of Work: They cut down two over grown arborvitae, about 10ft tall next to the building, and ground down the stumps.
