Description of Work: Called them for a second opinion on a previous service call by another provider. They reset the furnace unit and only charged for the service call versus the prior provider said we needed a whole new circuit board. They were very nice and understanding when we explained everything.

+ -1 moreMichael and his team are great! I'm surprised there are no reports for this company here. There are 4 guys on the team--all work directly for Michael. No subcontractors. They're all delightful, diligtent, and professional. Michael is easy going and helpful. He made sure I had all the paperwork I needed to claim the energy tax credit this year and he confirmed there was a People's Gas rebate I was eligible for as well! Plus, he found that a part had broken off in my hot water heater, so he ordered the part and installed it. Poof. Unless my HVAC system "breaks" unexpectedly, which I don't anticipate, I'm giving a two thumbs up to Fabian & Sons.
