I think the most important thing is that he is honest. Frank is very straight forward and willing to give an estimate and is very reasonable. He sometimes finds some things that we werent anticipating, especially in the old buildings. He informs us of these instances and is very professional and fair about it.
Description of Work: I believe Frank's hourly rate is about $125.00 per hour. He handles the plumbing for several different buildings for us, specifically a church, a school building and a couple residences. He has cleared drains, re-routed plumbing lines, replaced/repaired toilets and sinks. He has pretty much done everything for us over the years.

Horrible - waste of time/money! Completely unprofessional. He replaced my two water heaters with one, and ended up installing a water heater that was not big enough for our house! He could not fix our running toilet. When I had him come back to check on the water heater issues (not able to take a hot bath b/c not enough hot water) he charged me $70 service call fee for 10 min. of being here and telling me that it is just fine as is. Such crap!
Description of Work: Replace water heater, checked running toilet and garbage disposal system.

THIS GUY MADE A COMPLETE MESS OF MY HOUSE. HE DID NOT CLEAN UP BUT WORSE- HE HOOKED EVERYTHING UP IMPROPERLY (TWO OF THE SHOWER HEADS WERE LITERALLY POINTING AT YOUR LOWER LEGS. OUR AIR COMPRESSOR ALSO CAME UP MISSING AT THE SAME TIME THIS GUY WAS AT OUR HOME. I AM UNABLE TO LOCATE HIM ON THE LIST OF LICENSED PLUMBERS IN THE STATE OF ILLINOIS ALTHOUGH HE SAYS HE IS LICENSED, BONDED, AND INSURED. HIS NUMBER IS UNLISTED SO THERE IS NO WAY TO FIND HIS ADDRESS (IT IS NOT ON HIS BUSINESS CARD).
Description of Work: INSTALLED PLUMBING FOR A SHOWER WHICH HAD FIVE HEADS.
