 + -1 moreThis company has a history of serious unreliability with appointments.I shared my experience with my neighbor who'd recommended this repair company and she told me that they'd stood her up THREE TIMES before. (This certainly would have been helpful for me to know! At least maybe other Angie's Listers can avoid this same experience!) My appointment was for 3-4 pm, so I left work to meet the repairman. By 4:30 I called because he had not shown up, he apologized and said that he was coming over, just that his other job was running longer than anticipated. It would have been nice for him to have called to let me know this when he suspected he wouldn't make the appointment. It was not until 6:30 pm that he called to say he was finished and ready to come over. (Which was useless at that point since I had an appointment at 7 pm and had already taken time off of work just to sit around at home.)
Description of Work: I called F&E to fix a broken AC unit in an empty unit in our condo building, as well as my own unit's gas fireplace and furnace which was not working quite as well as it should.
