I like them because of their great pricing and they gave me a very good deal. The tiles are very nice but the person that put them up did a horrible job, and I don't think I can sue him because he is just a handyman kind of guy.

Our carpet had a burn the required patching. I called Exposition Carpet and emailed a photo of the damage. They were able to match our carpet for the patch and the next day Exposition performed a perfectly fine patch of the damage. I would definitely use them again!

We have a rental property and the tenants dropped a hot iron on the carpet. It burned through the carpet in the shape of the iron head, so we needed to replace the spot. It seemed easier to do this one piece rather than replacing the carpet for the whole room. The day before the appointment, Exposition called to say that the installer (Jaime) might be late because he had an appointment in Highland Park before ours. He was due at 1, but they said he'd show up between 1-1:30 and would call beforehand. At 1:15pm the day of, I hadn't yet heard from him so I called the company and asked for an update, but they tried to call him and his phone was off. Finally, at 3pm I got a call and he was at the property, so I had to rush over and meet him then. That could have been handled better, but I made it there by 3:15 so it wasn't too bad. We were able to find a piece of carpet underneath a built-in closet in the master bedroom to use as the replacement piece, thanks to a suggestion by Jaime. It took him about 45 minutes to do the work, and it looks pretty good. It's a little bit off since the carpet from the bedroom wasn't as worn as what was already in the room, though. They only charged me the minimum service charge which was $125, since we provided the carpet and they just basically did labor and applied some glue.

Setting up the appointment for the person to come out and do a carpet measurement went fine. The person on the phone was pleasant and explained everything well. However the day they were supposed to come out I received a voicemail asking to call them. I did and spoke to someone in their offices who seemed to be very confused. Upon calling, they bizarrely had no idea who I was and why I would be calling. I did my best to explain that the reason they had my number was because I set up a measurement appointment and they were supposed to come out. However it was like talking to a brick wall and the person, for some unknown reason, couldn't grasp what I was saying. I ended up canceling everything due to their unprofessionalism. It was just a really really odd call and unprofessional experience and one I'm not eager to repeat.

Super friendly, very affordable, and the carpet came out fantastic at a really affordable rate.

Exposition Carpet can be a bit overwhelming when you first go there. The front showroom with the big price tags is just the beginning. The clerks encourage you to look in remnants and ''roll stock''. The difference is that you buy a whole remnant, but can buy a piece of roll stock. The roll stock area is also a work area where they cut and bind carpets, so expect noise and perhaps a strong glue smell. This was the case the first time we were there, and the smell gave me a headache. But the prices made it worthwhile! We chose one remnant. They came the next day to measure, but the remnant wasn't big enough. Now we had the proper size and the next time found a piece in roll stock. Two days later they installed it within two hours. We are happy with the quality, the appearance, the installation, and our experience overall (minus the glue smell). The interpersonal dynamics between the two clerks--one a crusty older guy and the other a world wise middle-aged blonde--is an added attraction.

EXPOSITION RECENTLY CARPETED THE STAGE AT HARPO STUDIOS. THIS COMPANY HAS NO COMPLAINTS WITH THE STATE'S ATTORNEY OR THE BBB. WITH THE AMOUNT OF VOLUME THEY DO, I WAS IMPRESSED. THEY ARE VERY COMPETITIVE IN THEIR PRICES & INSIST NO ONE CAN BEAT THEM. THE STAFF IS VERY FRIENDLY & THEY HAVE A GREAT SELECTION. I WANTED TO HIRE THEM, BUT THEY WERE SO BUSY THAT OUR SCHEDULES DIDN'T MATCH. THE PHONE IS CONSTANTLY RINGING OFF THE HOOK. IT SEEMED THEY WERE VERY POPULAR.

THE 4 MAN CREW FROM EXPOSITION CARPET WAS ON TIME AND WORKED UNTIL 10:30 AT NIGHT TO FINISH THE JOB SINCE THE MOVERS WERE ARRIVING THE NEXT MORNING WITH OUR FURNITURE. THEY DID A SPECTACULAR JOB WITH HIGH QUALITY CARPET.
