house cleaning
 + -1 moreOne of the cleaners was late (I think about 30 min) and did not call to let me know. The first person cleaned the first floor and the late person handled upstairs. We had minimal furniture on the first floor. When she left, it was dirtier than when she arrived. I think she must have used the dirty mop water to do all of the floors as the marble in the foyer was streaked with dirt that wasn't there before she started. She spent 3 hours on the first floor but did not do the kitchen at all. The job was so poor that I asked her not to stay extra time to complete it. The person who worked upstairs did help me organize a very messy room so I offered her a tip for that. Unfortunately the cleaning job that she did in the bathrooms was not very thorough. Not horrible, but not good. They were generally pleasent though the person upstairs kept complaining about how tired she was and how she came from another job. I had to hire another company to come in and clean up after them.
Description of Work: Hired to do a deep clean of a 4 bedroom 2.5 bath house. The work done was a bad surface clean at best. I live in the house with my husband, a newborn and no pets. Our downstairs is generally clean and tidy, but one of the bedrooms and one of the bathrooms upstairs was messy. Payment was agreed upon with the boss prior to the start of work, but the workers needed me to call the boss before they left to confirm the agreed upon amount before they would accept payment.

 + -1 moreI WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE. THE LADY ARRIVED ON TIME AND GOT EVERYTHING FINISHED WITHIN THE THREE HOUR TIME FRAME.
Description of Work: BASIC HOUSECLEANING. CLEANED KITCHEN, 2 BATHROOMS, LIVING ROOM, 1 BEDROOM. CLEANED EXACTLY WHAT I INSTRUCTED HER TO DO.

 + -1 moreI WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE PERSON THAT WAS SENT TO OUR HOUSE. SHE ARRIVED ON TIME, WAS VERY POLITE, PERSONABLE AND DETAIL ORIENTED. SHE DID A GREAT JOB CLEANING THE HOUSE.
Description of Work: OUR REGULAR CLEANER WAS UNAVAILABLE, SO ON SOMEONE ELSE'S RECOMMENDATION, WE CALLED EXECUTIVE MAID TO HAVE OUR HOUSE CLEANED.
