Thank you for sharing. I would like to share our side of the story. After customer buys a 99$ coupon for resurfacing one room of hardwood floor (buffing the floor and applying one coat of polyurethane) she called me to schedule the the job. On that conversation we agreed to schedule the job for the following Saturday and i asked customer to provide the address in a text massage to my cellphone. We never got her address. On Saturday morning customer called that she is waiting for us, after explaining that we never got her address i told customer that we were in the neighborhood and it would take us about 20 minutes to get to her house. When arriving at the house customer showed us the room that she needed the work done. Because of the floor was in pretty bad shape i advise customer that this resurfacing procedure would not help much , but she would have better results by refinishing the floor, which means sanding,staining and 3 coats of polyurythane. This would be a more expensive and bigger project than resurfacing the floor. We always advise our customers to read the coupon very carefully for the details.
