I found everyone at this company to be reliable, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. They also offered a quality furnace at a very good price. I ended up hiring another company, but only because their proposal was nearly identical and I know someone who works there. I would definitely contact Marvin for future HVAC needs.

Marvin is the best. Very thankful I found him. He's done 3 different HVAC projects for me (furnace replaced, media filter installed humidifier installed) and all exceeded expectations. I have used Marvin before for a/c and I was very happy with the work he did and so I called him when our boiler was making a weird sound. Once again he came out promptly and explained the problem offered a couple of possible solutions and then completed the work. He is such a pleasure to work with and he is my go to now.

We just moved into this house. One night on the weekend the heat went out and I have a home day care. We had to get it back on as it was getting cold in the house. It was Sunday night I had the bright idea of on the way home to look at trucks as I passed them by. There were 3 different trucks so I was hoping to find one which was heating and air. I found one almost right in front of my house and called the guy up which was my neighbor who I didn't know. He came over on Sunday night and got us going and I really appreciated that. He actually lives across the street. He gave me an invoice just the other day for the work he did. I gave him 60 bucks that night just for coming over because I appreciated it. He called me back on Sunday evening and then he came over right away. He did a bandage fix. I had a very positive experience with him. I was very grateful.

Called Etek and Marvin came out that day to fix the problem, which was perfect. I had a fan blade that tore. I'm not sure if I needed to replace the motor but since the blade was stuck and the unit ran overnight we figured it would be a good option and avoid another trip out. The unit I have is an older Rheem and parts are harder to come by. Marvin called me from the supplier to find the info on the A/C unit to make sure he had the right parts. That supplier didn't have them but he eventually located the parts at another supplier in Morton Grove. The fact that he called prior to coming out and getting the information was nice since it didn't require 2 trips and wasting my time sitting around. He gave me the time he would be there, showed up and did a great job. He had to do a little retro fitting for the motor but in the end it works perfect. Overall, he did a great job, was punctual, and I would use them again.

Overall, I was very pleased with their work. The project was on budget, it was installed in a timely manner and they didn't try to sell me anything that I didn't need!
