Chris was extremely helpful and got the work done quickly. Also made two additional keys for us. The total cost was under $120 with Angie's List Discount.

After calling around a few places for a quote, this place seemed to have the best price. Plus they offered a promotion (coupon) for Angie's List members. Someone was able to come out to fix our broken mailbox within that week (our key snapped in half and became stuck in the mailbox). The person coming out also gave us a call earlier on to let us know when he would be arriving so that we can meet him at the site on time. Overall, the receptionist, the locksmith were all pleasant to work with, and we will definitely be working with them again in the future.

They couldn't accept my credit card, which made the process of getting the work scheduled and paying a little more bumpy. I had to send a check. I'd think they could factor in the credit card charges into their estimate. Aside from this, they were polite and punctual and excellent.

Went very well. Called ET Locksmith and made an appointment for about 9 days later. The locksmith, Patrick, called me about 20 minutes before he was scheduled to arrive, letting me know he was 30 minutes away. He showed up about that much time later (delayed a but with traffic and construction) and went straight to work. Was done doing his work within 30 minutes.

Prompt, professional, all around good experience. Did have some confusion around how to use the deal I purchased from Angie's List, but ultimately was able to resolve it.

It went great. The owner worked with me on price so I could replace all of my brass hardware with brushed nickel locks and levers. His installer showed up right on time, did a wonderful job, cleaned up before he left and was very thorough and professional. I would definitely use this provider again.

The garage door cable snapped and broke late afternoon on 6/17. I called ET Locksmith and was able to make an appointment for someone to come the next day. The time frame was 3-5pm and they even called earlier in the day to see if someone was home. Wayne was very prompt and polite. He looked at it and said no problem and that it would take about an hour. 35 minutes later he was done and mentioned that if there were any problems to give them a call. Everyone was very courteous and I would highly recommend them.

I purchased a deal for rekeying four locks on a Saturday and received a return call that Monday. It so happened they had a locksmith in my area and he stopped by about an hour after calling. He was very professional and personable. He was done in a decent amount of time. I would use them again.

They were able to schedule a re-keying the same day that I bought the Angie's List deal. The man who came was very polite and helpful. When one of the locks was a little stiff, he fixed it for me. I would use them again.

All communication handled well by office staff. Slava preformed the service in an expert manner. I had a question on one of the locks, and he came out to answer it and take a look free of charge.

Chris from ET Locksmith came by to rekey the locks on my new home. I got the Angie's List deal and added on an additional lock for a total of 5. Chris was courteous, professional, and fast. He even helped me remove two realtor padlocks the previous owners had left behind which was great. I haven't required the services of a locksmith in the past but I'm absolutely thrilled with the work they did and highly recommend them - if I ever need a locksmith I now know who to call.

Called before arriving, was ahead of schedule and wanted confirmation to come early. Evaluated the problem and proceeded to remove the locks. Completed the task in ten minutes. The service man was courteous and efficent, Thank you Angie

Tech was pleasant and went right to work, placed the wrap but and seem like everythink was ok..key not sticking anymore; but before the tech left I decided to lock the door and enter the door from outside but found that the door was not even locking. Tech stated that there was an alignment problem and then proceeded to correct it and then everything was good from that point.

He was very friendly and knowledgable. Would definitely use them again.

The repairman was informative and mostly professional. However, his discussion of the safety of the locks and possible ways they could possibly be breached was too loud and made me somewhat uncomfortable. Over-all he did a good job and may have been trying to put me at ease, but my sensitivity was raised because the attempted break-in had taken place only one day earlier to my elderly relative. The price seemed a little high, but the service, punctuality and professional manner of efficiently completing the job were very good and I would definitely use E T Locksmith again.

The company was very easy to deal with--everyone that I talked to was very nice, efficient, and prompt. The only problem I have with them is that the cost was a great deal more than expected. Each special service had its own separate installation charges in addition to the cost of the hardware (despite the fact that I was simply upgrading a rekey). For example, the front door was on a different kind of lock system. If I wanted all the doors to be on a single key, I needed to buy a new lock barrel. That seems reasonable--but there was also a not-inexpensive installation charge for putting that in (like, $60). Also, did you know that each side of a door counts as its own lock? I certainly didn't and would venture to guess that most people don't, so my four lock Angie's List promotion was not nearly enough. The front door (which is an antique, which I'm sure makes it more difficult) didn't work initially, but the installer worked on it until he got it to function. Overall, I think they did a good job and they were a very easy company to deal with--but I don't think knowing now how much I would end up paying that I would go with them again. And, because there were so many unpleasant surprises with additional costs, I wouldn't, in good conscience, recommend them to any friend who might be on a budget.

I'll give them on A on everything. The person who came out provided excellent service, was flexible and adapted to the changes that were necessary to complete the job.

Great service. Changing 6 locks was quick and painless. The locksmith also determined that my broken lock was caused by the end of a key broken off in the lock. It took a while to get the piece of the key out of the lock, but he was very diligent about it, and didn't charge much extra for all of the extra work he had to do. Would definitely recommend!
