 + -1 morebought a big deal for re-weatherstripping my garage because I found a dead mouse in it earlier this week. Scheduling over the phone was easy and they came out the next day exactly on time, after giving me a follow up reminder call to make sure I was home. I told the worker, Chad, about the mouse, and he was meticulous in putting up the weather-stripping in a way that I could see no light under the door after he was done. He had some extra suggestions for me. I feel Chad went above and beyond in giving me excellent service.

 + -1 moreIt took almost 3 hours and he seemed that he was having problems, during the installation. All in all I'm satisfied with the work, however he only gave me two keys. I'll have to go out and have some more made; for that much money he could at least have given me 4 keys.

I had to get a door knob with a little lock replaced and he knew what he was doing and he took care of it. The service was quick, not super friendly, but not unprofessional either. I wasn't thrilled with the quality of the keys provided either, but I guess you get what you pay for!

They came within the timeframe they told me, and the job was completed within 30 minutes. The technician was very nice, courteous, and professional. He advised me of the overall condition of my door and equipment, but did not try to sell me anything. He was also upfront about what things were more urgent and what things could wait. I can recommend them without hesitation.

 + -1 moreChris showed up early for the appointment. He was friendly, helpful, and professional. There was a lot for him to do here, and he was happy to do all of it. My front door lock was tight and hard to lock, and he determined that it was because the door jam was misaligned by a little bit. He took 3 minutes to fix that for me. Additionally, our back door lock was hard to use. Since he had to take it apart anyway, he put a little WD-40 on it, and now both locks work GREAT. I will definitely use them again.

We were pleased with how quickly they completed the work. The guy was also able re-key the patio lock which wasn't latching properly.  + -1 moreHe replaced the spindel on a broken door lock. A month later that lock is broken again, so I'm not sure what he did exactly. While he was here, I also asked him to check another lock that was sticking. He sprayed some WD40 in it an charged me for a "repair". Their response was fairly prompt, the price average, the repairman's attitude was "I really don't care" and $155 later my locks are still not repaired.
