Description of Work: My sliding door was not locking. They came out and installed a new lock. The next day it was stiff and did not lock. They came out again and adjusted it. About a month later the door won't lock again. Called them back and they came out and adjusted it again. Now it works, but is very difficult to turn the key.

Description of Work: First of all I would like to say thank-you to E.T. Locksmith for doing an awesome job. I had a stripped screw that was preventing me from opening the door, the locks were pretty old and a safety hazard. I tried to do it on my own but I was not successful, so I figured I had to call a locksmith. I am glad I used Angie's list first and foremost because locksmith's can be very expensive especially for security door's. Not only did he get the door open in an impressive five minutes but he also replaced the knob with a new one. So yes I would definitely use E.T. Locksmith again if I need too and refer them to others.

Description of Work: Service = changed locks on my doors. Didnt have enough keys to go with the new spindle mechanism. Still have difficulty today with locking/unlocking. Was not the best solution here.
