Description of Work: There was a problem with the original installation of the garage door springs. The door need manual assistance to 't close. The technician came back and fixed the problem by adjusting something on the garage door opener. shouldn't that have been done during the installation? Cost $40 that should have been included in the service work performed to install the new springs.

Upon the second request for service, this was regarding the opener existing on site needing to be adjusted. The work requests were separate scopes of work and upon the second visit we did not charge for labor, only the service fee to come out. Description of Work: Our front door lock was sticking. (I lack the terminology to explain how.) But ET quickly figured out the issue, offered a solution other than replacing the lock entirely, performed that solution within 10 minutes. My door now works great. Very pleased.
