Our daughter called us in a panic around midnight Sunday - she was locked out of her apartment. I drove north to go there. My husband called Eli (he had just found him on Angie's List), and Eli said he would be there in 20 minutes, Eli and I arrived almost at the same time - it took even less than 20 minutes - and he unlocked the door in another 2 minutes. He was very courteous and professional.

Eli answered my call and was here within an hour even though I was not in a hurry. It was a Saturday and there was not an extra charge for that either. He was thorough and quick and polite. I have used other locksmiths who lie on the phone about the potential cost or are generally surly on the phone. Eli was a breath of fresh air compared to past experiences.

Great. Originally called Eli to have him fix broken lock on back door. He came and determined that he needed to order parts. While waiting for those parts, someone tried to break in to my garage door. They were unsuccessful, but the dead bolt was damaged. Eli responded to my emergency call within 20 minutes and replaced the deadbolt on my garage door and my neighbor's garage door (severely damaged by the same vandals) that same day.

I called based on the Angie list rating. I was interested in a keypad lock. Eli came out in the morning to show me the different locks that could be used for my door. I chose one that he recommended. We made an appointment for installation that afternoon. The installation was a little trickier than had been expected. My deadbolt lock had to be moved to make everything fit properly. The job probably took twice as long as normal. Eli gave it a lot of thought, came up with a solution, and made a difficult situation work out. I was not charged for any of his extra time. The price we decided on at the beginning was what it was at the end. I am very pleased with his professionalism.

I called after lunch and asked if he could come by between 7:30 and 8:00 PM tonight and he agreed. He gave me a quote on the phone, showed up 10 minutes early, performed the work quickly and efficiently, and even asked how I found him and gave me the 10% Angie's List discount without me having to ask.

I contacted Eli via the website and within 10 minutes he called me. Within an hour he was here to replace a deadbolt and two cylinders at my shop. He was nice and professional, and did not charge me extra for it being a Sunday. Compared to the other locksmiths I have used this guy is an 11 on a 1-10 scale. Thanks!

I called Eli a month ago to get a quote on re-keying my condo associations front door and changing the panel for our buzzer system. When he said he was going to deliver the quote, he actually did as opposed to the other companies where I had to hunt them down to get the quote. After deciding to go with him, he came promptly, and did his job well. While onsite, I asked him to do other little jobs as well and he was more than happy to assist. In the future, I have no problem using Eli again!!! He has great prices, great customer service, great knowledge of the work he is asked to perform and is very trustworthy!!

I Called based on the Angie list rating and Eli was great. Got there before i could even get home and was nice and efficent. Originally had broken our condos front door lock he replaced that in like 5min then gave me a deal on re-keying the other doors to our apt. because the developer still had keys. Have nothing but great things to say about the experience the new keys and locks work great, the old ones were a really sticky and hard to open.

I called Eli in the morning from work and asked if he could come by in the evening to fix my mailbox lock. He was very punctual. The key had broken very deep inside the lock so he had to replace the lock, which he did within 2 minutes of arriving. He made sure both new keys worked in the lock. He gave me a discount because I was an Angies list member. I will definitely use his services in the future for any locksmith needs!

Eli's service was simply exceptional. Punctual, efficient and competent execution. It is a pleasure to recommend it.

There were many locks to address, but they took care of each and every one of them, well into the night. I will absolutely use this company again.

My four year old son managed to lock the garage entry door AND jam the lock with a tiny stick (which he was trying to use like a key to open the lock.) So my own key would no longer work, as the lock was full of splinters. The technician came promptly, within 20 minutes of my call. At first he thought there would be no way to open it without drilling the lock, but then he decided to try scraping all the bits of wood out with some of his tiny lockpicks. It worked, and he did not have to drill the lock or replace it. I'm very pleased! Their prices were fair - roughly $95 for the service call, $25 for doing the work, and then the 10% Angie's List discount, I think. Well worth it to get access to my cars again!

I can?t say enough about ET?s service. I have had to call them three times in the past year after I locking myself out of my apartment. He always arrives quickly and has me back in my place is about 5-10 minutes. Great service and he?s very polite, would recommend them to anyone.

Eli was great. I called him at 9:30, he arrived at 11:00 as promised and finished the job very quickly. He explains the issues, offers helpful suggestions and is a pleasure to work with. We will certainly use him again.

Eli was very professional and the work was fantastic! We wanted a buzzer system and intercom installed in the office and there were bumps along the way. Eli knew exactly what to do to fix the problems. He was VERY knowledgeable. He has been working in the industry for many years and you can tell. After the buzzer was installed, we had a problem with the phone system. Eli came out and looked at it and fixed it that same day! He has always been accessible any time of day. Thanks to Eli, we are up and running with one less thing to worry about!! I would recommend Eli to anyone, and in fact, i have already and he did a great job for that person!!

The experience was excellent from start to finish. When I called to make my appointment Eli answered the phone immediately and offered to come over the same day, even though it was already late afternoon. I made an appointment for the next day, and Eli showed up right on time. He was very professional and friendly and explained options for either repairing or replacing the lock. He completed the job quickly and thoroughly, and even offered me the Angie's list discount without my having to ask about it. It was one of the best service experiences I've ever had, and I will definitely call Eli the next time I require the services of a locksmith.

I called ET Locksmith to come re-key my locks and within 20 minutes he was at my unit! 10 minutes later he was done! I also called other locksmiths in the area for estimates and he was the cheapest! Great Service! Great Prices! I will definitely be using him again for any and all of my locksmith needs!
