Brilliant and prompt serviced. One of the locks was original to the building and I thought for sure it would be impossible to re core the lock. NO problem for these guys! Copies of keys were made on site for me and the total was competitive with other providers. What really impressed me was their promptness in arriving on time and completing the entire job in less than 40 minutes. Well done!!

I purchase the Coupon and communications from the company were prompt and professional -- there is no issue there. I am canceling because I had a miscommunication with my contractor. Turns out he had planned to change the locks so I no longer need to have this service performed.

The service went very well. The technician was very efficient and thorough. He did a nice job and scheduling was very easy.

They were very, very punctual. They were upfront with their costs and told us exactly what was going to be involved with the service call.

I messaged the provider on Friday night and received a call back. I spoke to them on Saturday and set up an appointment for the following Tuesday afternoon (my case was not an emergency). On Tuesday, the locksmith called to say he was on his way and arrived within the time window provided. He replaced the lock but used the old cylinder, so that I could continue to use the same key. It took under an hour to perform the work. The fellow was pleasant and knowledgeable. The cost of the job was $85 for labor, $39 for travel, and $50 for the lock (plus tax!) so not inexpensive, but my sense is, this is typical for locksmith services.

They came out and said that I didn’t actually need to get my locks changed for what I needed.

ET Locksmith was awesome, from the initial appointment setting through job completion. They were in my neighborhood so they called me to see if they could arrive earlier than the pre-scheduled window however I was not home then so we kept to the original time. Tom was the representative and he was punctual, knowledgeable, efficient, didn't oversell - he just did an all around perfect job! I wish all of the contractors I hire were as great as Tom!! Thanks so much and if/when I need more security work I will definitely use ET Locksmith and request Tom!!

He was prompt and professional.

The technician looked at the lock mechanism and told me I could order one from Home Depot and fix it myself. Didn't cost me a thing! If I ever need help again, I know who to call!

Rekeyed locks - was on time and did a great job. Didn't leave a mess (bolts on the floor...like a previous locksmith we had). Accepted credit card and didn't pull a bait and switch....(once had a locksmith who said they took credit card and then sent a contractor who tried to say they only accepted cash). They send their own people and don't outsource to contractors. Great job!

Learned a lot about old doors and locks. Needed to replace one outright as opposed to just rekey. Service was fine.

The locksmith service was good, he got through with us on time and got the job done. I saw them 6 to 12 months ago and it costed me about $80. Their price was reasonable.

I called them to come out. They showed up 15 minutes after i called them. He was incredibly fast. I recommend his responsiveness and professionalism.

I have had experience with one locksmith and I think it was ET Locksmith and Security. I think they handed it over to someone outside. They sent a nice person out to work on it. I don't know what the quality of the work was. It seems like kind of a jiggly lock whit my use of key. They took an old lock saying that they couldn't fix it which disappointed me because it was the kind of lock that you would want to have. They replaced it with something new and jiggly. I didn't have the presence of mind to leave it the lock behind. I don't have a genuine complaint against them. They would not come to mind if I wanted to use again. They send people who are actually from the company I called. They are able to make repairs but they couldn't repair that lock that I had. I wanted them to key that old lock and they said they couldn't. It has been okay. It's just been jiggly. I would say the price was high. I expected it to be lower. My expectation was just to repair, just to replace another key. The quality of service was good. I liked the person that came. The responsiveness was quick, good. They didn't know how to repair, how to key in. If I used their service I would ask them to send someone directly from their company. That's what the recommendations were.

It went fine. They were efficient and reasonable.

They were good. They were very punctual. They could come at a time that suited us, which is a weekend. And, when we noticed that we couldn't close the door properly, the lock wasn't working and stuff, they were very prompt in coming back. They didn't get it right the first time.

The locksmith was courteous and professional. Price seemed a tad high, but he did a good job.

Quick response and he tried everything to fix the old lock first. Unfortunately a new one was needed but I appreciated the effort. I would use them again if needed.
