The service man was professional. The problem is that within a week of the new locks being installed, one slipped and would no longer lock. The company told me that they only changed the locks and it was probably a problem with my door. This didnt help to fix the problem. I looked at reviews and saw that others had this same problem.

Tim was great. He arrived early but called first to make sure it was ok to come. He removed a completely broken door lock on my front door which was broken off sideways. He had to drill it out piece by piece and did no damage to the door. He installed a new lock and key set and then rekeyed it to my existing keys. He did a good job and I would recommend him.

It went well. Son was here with them and they were able to call if there were any issues. Very professional.

I would use their service again. The responded quickly after purchasing the Angie's deal online and suggested that we replace one of the door knobs before changing the locks. The added cost was reasonable.

Came within 30 minutes, fixed the lock and made an adjustment that solved door closing issues I'd been having for some time. Very happy with service and would use again.

After I purchased the coupon, I was able to schedule an appointment for less than a week away, which was great. Patrick came out on time, finished the job quickly and was happy to answer my questions about how keys and rekeying work. I would definitely recommend ET Locksmith and Security.

ET Locksmith came to install a new 90 min fire door and frame and place a more secure lock and a thumb print lock that I had purchased. Initially they were very prompt and curteous. However after 3 weeks of waiting for the door, they finally came into install it. A fiasco then ensued. During installation the door fell and damaged parts of my apartment. The door was no longer usable and they needed to get a new one, which took a week. The following are emails describing the damages and unsavory work. First Visit:The door fell during installation damaging my apartment. These are the following issues I was left with: The outer hallway was filthy and my neighbor complained.The plaster around the door frame extends 4 inches from the frame on very expensive wall paper.The generally ugliness of the external door, I realize that you will be putting in a new one but as I told Eli and the two other technicians, I was having guest over and was ashamed to show them that.Damage to the plaster on the wall behind the door.The plastering of the wall where the door fell.When the door fell it damaged the track lighting in my home.Again when the door fell it damaged the hinge on my sofa.Damages to the mirror closet: scratches on the mirror and it was knocked out of alignment.The general dirtiness of the house, that I was assured would be cleaned.The door has a gap between the door and the frame. The wind howls through this gap. Second visit: These were the damages I was left with: The frame on the outside is uneven; the left-side is much wider than the right on the external frame of the door. They should be even throughout The wall paper was cut and not a whole sheet implemented where the seam of the wallpaper was located. Of course, wallpaper needs to applied in this fashion not as it was with small strips being cut unevenly and glued to the wall. This unprofessional technique was used on the right side of the door, as well as, the left side of the door. Obviously, this is totally unacceptable; this wallpaper has to be properly applied. The granite pieces need to be replaced on the interior and exterior as shown in the photo. The ceiling in the hallway needs to be painted for the plaster still remains in the same areas I had disseminated in the email and photographs last week. The wooden part of the interior frame was not measured properly and cut and carried to the bottom of the floor as it should have been. It should be noted that this was the only very small piece of granite (approx. 2 inches long) which was not removed. Therefore, the frame of the door which should have gone to the base of the granite floor, as it was on the left hand side of the frame, was not cut or framed properly due the fact that this two inch granite piece was not removed as it should have been. Holes in the top of the frame. Please reference the picture to understand the importance of this issue. Proper framing should have been incorporated which did not have these numerous small holes already embedded within the wood. Given, the modest amount of wood framing that was used, why wasn't the wood checked beforehand for these types of imperfection. This is unacceptable. I do not want wood putty to be applied to a brand new frame. I would like for a new piece of wood to be brought out and placed in lieu of this defect. The interior wall on the left-side next to the frame needs to be painted. As well as the patched plaster where damage took place on the right side of the wall. Whether your are locking the deadbolt from the interior or exterior the deadbolt does not lock properly because it appears as so the lock does not smoothly slide into the hole in the frame. This makes it incredibly difficult to lock the door. The bulb that was broken on the upper track lighting closest to the door was not replaced. This was damaged by the door falling on the track lighting. Finally, Shimon promises as he did with me Friday morning to come back at the end of the day to meet with me to review the job, I expect any professional to honor that commitment. Unfortunately, Shimon neither followed through with coming to my home for this inspection nor did he bother even to call. Given everything that has taken place I felt that this commitment that was verbalized to me on Friday morning by the owner of the company was the least that could been adhered too, so I would not have spent hours upon hours of my valuable time documenting these issues.

Please commend them for a job well done!!!! Two great young men came within the time frame that I requested!!!! They cut two hard to reach and rusted padlocks off my air-conditioner safety cage. They fixed the gate on my wrought iron fence so it would lock securely. They were polite, quick, and professional. They didn't even mind my two very noisy little dogs!!! Thanks for such great service, especially when you're a senior citizen and have had vendors not as ethical. I would highly recommend them to my fellow seniors and to my family!! Thanks again!!!

We had DeBlase's JC Lock Service out to our new home to re-key was excellent. The technician was prompt, friendly and was very helpful in explaining why our current locks were configured as double sided (because of our big glass panels next to the locks). His recommendations on approaches helped us to balance cost and security and were very helpful. We were not pressured in any way to buy more than we needed and the pricing was very clear so that we understood what we would be buying. The service was amazingly quick and there were no issues, mess or anything that would prevent me from recommending them and using them again in the future.

They didn't provide the service I needed.

Called and told them what my problem was. Was asked to send a description of my problem and pictures of the mailbox, as well as my contact information, to their website. They quickly responded with an email laying out what would occur and the estimated cost. I wanted to confirm the finish on the lock (nickle) and called them back. We went over the details and set up a time for the work to be done. Although they said the locksmith would arrive some time between 8 AM and 10 AM, he called around 8:35 A, which was great. He asked for my identification then quickly completed the job in about 15 minutes or less. I asked about a few other locks around the house and he told me that what I had was "fine", which eased my nerves. The only negative - and it is a small one - is that when I told him I was an Angie's List member, the locksmith wasn't sure of the exact discount to give me ('Could be 10 or could be 12'). When I looked it up on my phone (via the Angie's List website), it said 10%, and that's what he charged me. But as I'm writing this review - on my desktop computer but again on the Angie's List website - the ET Locksmith page says the discount should be 12%. Not sure why that's inconsistent, but nobody likes paying more than they should. I would use them again, but I would suggest that you get the amount of your Angie's List discount in writing when they send you the email confirming the details for the job and the estimate. Again, overall I thought the service was geat. Just thought the discount could be handled better. Note: I was told on the phone that ET Locksmith and Nonstop Locksmith are handled by the same people (essentially the same company). And when you sign their receipt, you agree to a legal waiver basically making them not liable if their work is faulty. I haven't used locksmiths much, so maybe everyone has the same waiver, but it caught me off guard. I think these guys are honest and I had a good experience with them. Perhaps they should explain the waiver before asking customers to sign the receipt, so that it doesn't come as a surprise. Just a suggestion.

Excellent. The service wa sperformed by Slava. He explained issues with door and the need to have a carpenter readjust the hanging and hinges so they would not interfer with the door closing and unlocking. Door locks and we have secuirity and alarms all functioning

They worked hard to repair my lock problem.

I called ET Locksmith and Security on Friday to see if someone could come out to give me an estimate. The guy shows up today and gave my wife prices for a new lock. They charged a $45 service charge, which they didn?t tell me over the phone. If I had known that I would?ve gone with someone else. Their profile says that they offer free estimates, but it turns out that you have to send a photo to them. The office didn?t tell me that when I called, and when I called today they told me that you have to ask for the free estimate in order to know about that policy. The invoice that they gave to my wife says ?Non-stop Locksmith? with completely different numbers and addresses. It looks like they contracted this job out. I would like to not be charged the $45 service charge. It?s not fair because their profile says ?free estimates.? UPDATE After posting my review I was called by the owner telling me that my review was untrue, and that I should remove my review. When I refused to listen to his demands and hung up, I was harassed with five more phone calls within a 2 minute time frame. Later in the day the owner tried calling me two more times for a total of 7 calls through out the day. The charge was for $45 dollars and I was given a 12% discount for being an Angies list member which brought the charge to $39.60. I have no problem paying a service charge when a service is going to be preformed. However no service was preformed, per the invoice.

It turned out pretty well. I found them to be helpful. They were cost-effective; the price was great. I used it immediately and they were pretty responsive.

Company was prompt and responsive. Locksmith was exceptionally courteous and capable.

The previous owner of my condo took the mailbox keys when he moved out, so I needed them replaced. I called ET locksmith around 10:45 in the morning - immediately got an answer and was told they'd be available from 11-1 that day. No less than 5 minutes after I hung up, I got a call from the technician confirming my address and saying he'd be there in 15 minutes. Less than an hour after I called, my mailbox lock was replaced and my new keys were in my hand. Pricing wasn't the best, but speed and punctuality were definitely a plus.

Our system was too old and obsolete for reprogramming but they gave it their best shot. Gave me a quote fora new one.

It didn't take long to make an appointment. They were very responsive to my situation - keys stolen by crack-head son, I'm partially disabled and frightened about security. The appointment was made in a timely fashion. Appointment was made between 3-6 pm; Stefan called around 2pm to let me know he would be here in 20 minutes. He was and in and out in less than 15 minutes; my problem was solved. I am very pleased and fell much safer.

We got locked out of our garage by a well-intended workman who locked a lock we didn't have a key for. Called at 8 pm. Tech Tom here, done and gone by 10:15 pm. Prompt, courteous and helpful.

I chose him because he was close to my area and had some good reviews. He was good. He was thorough and polite. My wife liked him.
