ET Locksmith was very prompt, responsive, and professional. It only took 20 minutes to change all of the locks and they gave me two keys (some locksmiths only give you one).

ET was able to send someone out within hours of my call, and the locksmith was on time. As a replacement part for the old doorset would have taken a week or so to come in, we decided to replace the doorset with one he had on hand. Quickly got the new doorset installed and the door restored to service. Very pleased with ET's responsiveness and professional work.

The system was not installed properly and never worked right. Non-stop came out and spent a tremendous amount of time to repair the original installation. It took way more time than anyone expected. When they were finished it worked better than it ever has. They had to come out several times before everything was corrected and working properly. They didn't charge me extra for the extra work they had to do. They stuck with the proposal. The system is working great now.

I own an apartment building and one of my tenants who just moved in said that the key for the handle of her front door lock didn't work. ET Lock came out the next day and keyed the lock to her apartment key and my master key. He also changed the lock to the storage shed door handle for another tenant to match her apartment door and my master key. The existing locks in each door handle were from a different company than the deadbolt so the lock had to be replaced to get all the keys to match. The new locks cost $46.00 each so the call cost more than I thought it would but the locksmith they sent, Chris, was great. There was a problem getting the apartment keys to fit. He determined that the copy of the key I had for the apartment door wasn't a good copy so he made new copies of the key I had that worked in the lock. Chris spent two hours getting all the keys to fit in all the locks. He was very conscientious. My tenant was busy unpacking boxes so there was a lot of commotion but Chris was very pleasant throughout. I've used this company probably five or six times in the last four years to change and repair locks and they have always done a good job. I don't like that they charge a 2.5% fee if you use a credit card but if you pay by check the fee is waived. I've shopped around and their prices are lower than other locksmiths.

I emailed ET Locksmith late on 4/5 and informed them of my situation. I purchased a home and was not given keys to the back door as the previous owner had lost the keys and the lock is a very old lock. Jazmin emailed me back the next day and advised they can replace the cylinder and cost of total labor and parts would be 145.00 plus tax. I thought this was a bit expensive but I needed access to the backdoor as soon as possible so I called and they made an appointment for me for the next day between 9 and 11am. The technician arrived around 9:30am which was great because I wasn't waiting long. The technician came in, looked at the lock and was done 15 minutes later. He replaced the cylinder and aligned the lock a bit better than before. The total charge at the end of the day was 158.00. This to me was pretty expensive for 15 minutes of work and most was taken up by labor and a "service fee". Considering the lock was super old and I couldn't find a replacement, helped me justify with paying the price. The service was EXCELLENT and I would recommend ET Locksmith and would gladly use them again. I am a believer in "You get what you pay for.", so paying a bit more and having them do everything right was the way to go. Overall: Fast, Excellent Service, Polite Staff!!!

They catch the vintage system so they did a pretty good job on that. They changed out the locks but touch-filled stuff. They responded quickly and got everything I needed done within a short time frame.

Nonstop Locksmith was the actual company that I worked with, but they are one in the same with ET (from what i was told). They were very prompt with the estimate and very responsive as I asked questions via email. In order to save money we wanted to use as many existing parts as possible and they were very helpful with that- giving me estimates for parts they would have to replace if they were found to not be working. They ended up only replacing what they thought they would have to replace, so the final cost was right in line. The technician was very helpful in letting me know what was going on as he worked. He spent a lot of time at the end figuring out some wire issues (there was a short with our old system) and I felt he went above and beyond- great service. Will call again if we need any other lock work or similar.

ET Locksmith was timely, professional, fully capable and were fully transparent with the fees. The previous locksmith we used was not at all transparent in their pricing; it seemed apparent that they were shooting from the hip with prices. Will definitely use ET Locksmith again.

We got them through Angie's List. We've had them out a couple of times because it wasn't installed right. What they sold us on didn't fix it. We had them out January and February. They sold us on buying this entire thing. Three months after that it started again. They ended up not doing anything. I finally figured out that it was a switch inside of the building that had nothing to do with the system. I was not happy with them at all. They were not very courteous, or professional to my wife. All they wanted to do was tear out and put in and get the heck out of there. They did not diagnose or listen to what the issue was. They were comparable in price. They didn't charge us to come out the first two times, but wanted to charge us for the third time. The quality wasn't good. When the part came in, they did not call me and I had to call them. Once we called them they came out right away. They were not professional on customer service. I don't feel like they did what we hired them to do. I would not use them again.

They were great. They were on time, very punctual. Also, very thorough.

Returned to correct one lock. When another lock went out we did not contact because we did not want to be charged for another service call for the same problem. Charged me for work already paid for through angies list, but returned my check after i called and asked about it without any problem.

Appointment scheduling was easy , accommodated my schedule with 2 hour window, Saturday appointment, and Jazmine even called to see if they could come earlier in the day which worked great. Brandon was very knowledgeable and kept me informed as he went, this old house had some bad knobs, cylinders were off-brand and wouldn't cooperate; he got guys in the office working on how to solve puzzle. What would have been 30 min job turned into nearly 2 hours but I appreciated him hanging in there to solve the problem and came up with a good solution that didn't cost a ton of money. He took the time to explain security issues, and what my options were since a couple of the doors could not be rekeyed. He came up with a great solution. I would highly recommend these guys.

He was very prompt and courteous. He was very professional. He was able to repair just the small broken piece instead of replacing the whole mechanism. He was able to save us money that way. A piece of the sliding door was stuck and the whole door wouldn't close to lock. He was able to pop it out and repair it. He also gave me the extra discount for being an Angie's List member. He advised us about how to close it, since the door has a complicated mechanism.

My front door lock was no longer working from the outside of the house. Alex came out and gave me two options. He explained what was happening and then replaced the barrel and provided the new key. Alex was great! Very polite, professional and speedy. I will definitely call upon ET Locksmith again, perhaps to re-key the other doors. My only reason for the "C" on price is for the service/trip charge. I think if they come out and actually do the job, the trip fee should be waived or subtracted from the actual cost of material and labor. That, however, is not Alex' call and I still think he was great!

Patrick was the service man that was sent out. They had great punctuality, professionalism and did a great job. I would definitely recommend them.
