Had a outlet placed by Eric in my garage the price almost doubled without warning when it was time to pay and he lied about my cover I purchased not being able to fit the outlet. Do not recommend

It was a tough assignment given the way our house, garage and A/C units are situated, but hey did a great job running the line from my house to the garage. They were also timely and neat.

I went smoothly. I found the office manager to be very professional in scheduling, the contracter very professional in his work and in responding to any questions. I would hire again.

Called them out after hours. They were able to come out and fix the problem. They were very kind and courteous. I then had a problem the next day and they came out and fixed it at no charge. I though the cost for the service was really great as well.

It went well. Eric provided excellent quality work. I am very pleased.

We have used Alextronics for years (at least 20+ years). They have always been very good about servicing their customers. We do and will continue to refer them to prospective customers. The problem is they stay so busy so it is difficult to acquire their services. But, once you able to hire them for electrical work you won't be sorry. But, that's what happens when you do a good job.

I needed a minor repair to an intercom system that Alextronics had installed. My call was not returned promptly and may not have been at all if I had not called them again the following week. I was scheduled for a repair, and after waiting all day I called the office to be told that the repair technician went to a job in a western suburb and would not be able to get back in time to do my repair. I was assured that the repair would be done the following day. Again I waited all day, and then phoned another company found through Angie's List, who did the repair promptly. I have used Alextronics in the past and I was impressed with their professionalism and courtesy; I don't know what has changed with them, but their apparent lack of organization and common courtesy (pick up a phone and tell your customer that you have to reschedule! Is it really that hard?) Has lost them a customer.

Called on Friday and schedule appointment for the following Monday for 2pm. After 2pm came and went called to follow-up, was informed that they were behind schedule and that the would arrive before 5:30. They did arrive prior to 5:30 and completed the work the same evening.

Alex and his guys showed up with two vans, ready to work. They showed up on time, in the late afternoon. I was wondering how would they get all of the work done before night fall, but they hustled and got everything done. It's increased the value of my building. At the time, I was living in it so it made me feel safe, and added convenience. I'm actually going to use them again for more electrical work.

They were very knowledgeable, patient, and they explained everything clearly so that I could understand the problems. They weren't intimidating and were very helpful. I felt very comfortable having them in my home and was very pleased with the results.
