However, as I dug deeper & started talking to Juan — I knew from the get-go that he was trustworthy and cared about his customers. It has been the smoothest transaction with everything being online. I work as a nurse and have a busy schedule however Juan always made sure to keep me in the loop with everything, he made sure that my experience as a customer was the top priority. They offered the most competitive and clear quote of any of the contractors we spoke with, their project management team were very helpful and friendly, and their install team did a great job over the 2 days they were here. I am having a fence installed in my backyard and I was NOT looking forward to finding a contractor. Ergeon was the third company I spoke with and…WOW. What a breath of fresh air! Julio is a pleasure to work with, And …really good at his job! Julio’s communication skills were on point! He patiently drew up several fence scenarios and walked me thru the job submission process.
