+ -1 moreHE NO-SHOWED ON TWO DIFFERENT APPOINTMENTS AND THIS WAS AFTER I DROVE TO THE PROPERTY ADDRESS AND WAITED FOR THEM. HE THEN CALLED 4 HOURS AFTER THE LAST NO-SHOW TO TELL ME THAT HE HAD AN EMERGENCY WHERE HIS COMPANY DID A TEAR-OFF AND IT RAINED AND FLOODED THAT HOUSE. NEVER MIND THE 2 NO-SHOWS, WHY WOULD I HIRE A COMPANY FOR ALMOST THE EXACT SAME JOB AND ALSO RISK BEING FLOODED. AS A ROOFING COMPANY THEY SHOULD TAKE PRECAUTIONS TO PREVENT THIS. THIS COMPANY ALSO SEEMS A LITTLE SHADY, I FOUND THEM IN THE PHONE BOOK BEFORE I DISCOVERED ANGIE'S LIST. THEY WERE LISTED IN THE PHONE BOOK FOR 2002 (WITH JUST A PHONE NUMBER, NO ADDRESS) BUT NOT LISTED IN 2003.
Description of Work: I CALLED THIS COMPANY TO GIVE AN ESTIMATE ON A FLAT ROOF TEAR-OFF AND REPAIR.
