it went great! Gustavo provided detailed estimates in a short amount of time. We identified one additional item we wanted called out and he adjusted accordingly and quickly.. All went according to plan - on schedule and on budget and they went above and beyond in a number of areas (touched up many things that we hadn't called out, matched existing paint for one of the rooms, reinstalled cabinets). Painting was meticulous. You can tell they are very skilled and resourceful. Lastly, they were polite, punctual, clean. And they brought US lunch on the last day (amazing!) which was so thoughtful. Looking forward to our next project with them very soon. Very glad we found them and happy to know them :)

I called them and when I got a hold of them they wouldn't talk to me. He asked me a couple of questions, then said nothing though I could hear background noise. After numerous tries to talk to them I finally hung up and they never called back.

Gustavo and his crew did a great job from the first phone call to the completion of the project. I needed the job done in a relatively quick turnaround. First, Gustavo was available to give an estimate on Sunday, which was very convenient (the day after I called) and worked within a few days of providing the quote. He was very responsive and give a detailed quote from which I could chose. Second, he went above and beyond what he was asked to do. (E.g., he cleaned the walls in the living room for free and touched up a few extra spots). During the final walk through, we noticed a few spots and he was willing to stand by and guarantee his work and fix them. Even after I paid him, he has been responsive to any requests I’ve had.

Hired Element Drywall & Painting to repair drywall that was damaged from a water leak. Gustavo and his crew were responsive and respectful, showed up within their stated windows, provided regular updates and did excellent work. Showed up at 8 am on a Saturday morning to finish the work within our very tight deadline. Gustavo quoted a reasonable price and suggested more economic solutions where he thought it would be appropriate. Very happy with the drywall finish and painting, and will consider them for future work.

I was super happy with the work by DLB Drywall. They replaced a very large wall in my condo. Noise migration was the biggest problem so we placed quiet rock drywall with green glue to help decrease the sound migration. It worked very well and the drywall looks great! I also had DLB redo my fireplace to build it up to the ceiling. It looks really great. I could not have asked for things to go better. They also did a great job painting the finished product!

It went quickly and well. I am very demanding. Gustavo takes great pride in his work and is very knowledgeable. If you have specific requirements, make them clear. The guys were a little messy - blobs of drywall mud far from the work area, a lot of tracking - but that may be just the way drywall work goes. Will call him again.

Gustavo was very professional and did exemplary work. He assessed the damaged area, emailed me a detailed quote and provided a date and time to start the work. Although I was not onsite (I reside out of state), the tenants stated he and his team were punctual and thorough throughout the 3-day process. Through video, pictures and trusted tenants, the drywall, trim and paint jobs were completed with high quality and at a great price. To keep the basement safe, Gustavo also provided an extra service of removing carpeting nail strips from the high traffic areas until new carpet could be installed. He also offered several referrals and solutions for the next phase of our restoration project including flooring and carpeting. I'd recommend him for any drywall and painting needs.

Guys and his team are nothing short of incredible. I had drywall repair around windows which had water damage. They did such an outstanding job that you would never know. It looks like the original drywall. His team was friendly and professional. They made sure the house was neat (well as neat as it could be after drywalling) after they finished the work. Guys also noticed some other issues and repaired them as well. Here's very meticulous. I also referred him to my neighbors and they were equally as pleased. Great team, great service. I highly recommend Gus.

Gus and his crew went above and beyond to take on our project in a very short window. We had a buyer who was inflexible on closing date so Gus had to work over the Fourth of July and after hours for the work. He was happy to do it and the finished product looks awesome. He was responsive and even came back after the project to fix a small issue we saw after we approved the work. Great guy too!

Gus and his team did a fantastic job! They cleared the space before working as well as blocked off areas to contain the work dust from invading the rest of the house. They are professional, punctual and work was done in the time quoted. I am extremely pleased with the results.

The team worked quickly and effectively to remove damaged drywall in 3 different areas on three floors. They went above and beyond to ensure all areas were covered before work began. The areas were fixed and look like new, they team also did other spot repairs that were at no additional charge. Recommended.

My brother and i built a wall and needed to have the wall taped and finished. Not only was DLB the most reasonably priced, they showed up immediately and completed the job in 3 days. A few hours the first day to tape and finish. A few hours the next day to sand and prep. And a couple hours on the third day to prime. Very well done.

When I called to ask about scheduling an estimate I was told they would get back to me the next day with availability. I never heard anything so I followed up again a few days later and was able to book a time for them to come to my home to do an estimate on my project. They came to my home and said they would email over the estimate within a week.. That was a month ago and I never heard from them again. It was disappointing, but I didn't want to continue to chase down a company who couldn't bother to follow up when they said they would.

They helped in the final stages of a basement rehab--prepping the walls for new drywall and completing the drywall process. It looks great down there--much care was given to making a challenging space look consistent and fresh. Very pleased.

Our condo had extensive warping of drywall, such that seams were bulging off the frames. This was present in multiple rooms. DLB drywall did BEAUTIFUL work removing the warped joints, floating out the panels, replastering, sanding and repainting in multiple rooms. Our condo now looks 100% better than it did before! Mr. Eduardo Banales is not joking when he says they are drywall experts. Additionally, once we saw the quality of their work we asked them to do more projects around the house which they completed in record time. This included complete repainting of the condo, repainting/puttying/sanding of the trim in a contrasting color, refinishing of water-damaged bathroom ceilings with repainting. We live in a "difficult" building as well with stringent restrictions on contractors and a 50+ page initial application, even for purely cosmetic work as detailed above. DLB Drywall was able to provide us with all the correct documentation and they followed condo rules to the letter such that we heard no complaints from management or from other tenants. We also note that before selecting DLB Drywall we interviewed and had visits from 5 other contractors who specialized in this type of work. DLB Drywall was by far the best price AND they were the only contractors who actually *guaranteed* their work for 2 years, a testament to their confidence in their skill.

The entire process went very well, from scheduling to completion of work. Was able to reach Gus right away and schedule the work for repairing sections of drywall damaged by leaking humidifier in my rental unit. Gus provided estimate and the work was done a few days later. My tenant was very happy with the professionalism and quality of work and cleanliness. I highly recommend this company and will use them again in the future.

Gustavo did a great job for my high ceiling drywall job. Kept me informed step by step. Went the extra mile to seal an exposure he noticed in the foundation behind the insulation. It was a patchwork job that looks seamless. Very happy with his work.

Gus and DLB are very professional, thoughtful, and customer-focused. The quality of the work on my project was very good. Gus made suggestions along the way that really improved the finished result from what I had envisioned. Although many of Gus's suggestions caused more work for him, he never sought to raise the initially agreed upon price. I'd recommend DLB as contractor who goes the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction and does so at a very fair price.
