EL BOES HEATING AND COOLING

El Boes was punctual, patient, and professional throughout the entire process, and it was really great to find a qualified furnace repair man who worked on the south side of Chicago and south suburbs.

He went the extra mile on our project. Tenant called a few days after he installed the new thermostat saying that the heat still was not working. He went over to the property immediately. When he discovered that the tenant simply did not know how to work the new thermostat, he simply showed her how and did not charge for the added inconveience. It's this kind of integrity which will cause us to definitely work with him again.

Excellent. I called at 10am, and after letting me know he would be there in the afternoon, he arrived at 2pm. He not only fixed the problem but also cleaned the heating unit. This only cost us $60, which i thought was a bargain, as we had a little girl, and this was one of the coldest nights since 7 months ago. So we needed the help, and he did it, within an hour.

They showed up when they said they would and did the work that they said they would. They did an okay job.

In my opinion the job went extremely well. It was explained to me in detail what needed to be done and how he would accomplish this. A small area in one wall needed to be cut to install a return and the supply in another room was expanded. Work was performed neatly, completed in a timely manner; the technician cleaned behind himself and even took the garbage with him.

We called in the morning and needed the service done the same day because we were leaving town for our wedding the next day. He arrived on time (at noon), and was very respectful and professional. It turned out that we had a broken motor. He went to purchase a replacement right away and had it installed by 2pm. Also, he actually asked for our permission to contact us next year for maintenance (instead of assuming it was OK to solicit future service ).

Our AC went down. Going to the big guys we could only get an appointment in 4 days; I needed something quicker. Called Elikai at 9am, he was around at 11am! Arrived all geared up including knee pads to crawl into our small lofted furnace area (he's a slim and fairly short guy, a requirement for the job!). Our fans were not running because the coolant pressure was low. He identified the problem and charged the unit with extra coolant. Elikai will return in a couple of days once the unit has fully thawed to fine tune the pressure. He is a nice guy, though he sounds a little blunt and gruff over the phone. Efficient worker and certainly cheap. A service fee of $60 applies in all cases. He was here for 45 minutes plus he will drop in at no charge for a follow up. I'll be using him again. Says he has 10 years experience.

They were here a day and a half. They charged very reasonable prices and we had no complaints. They were excellent. They were respectful of our home. They did exactly what they said they would do in the time frame promised. They really did a fine job, it was such a pleasure to work with someone who really knew what he was doing.
