Charles came and gave us a reasonable quote for the work needed . He was very knowledgeable and thorough. He communicated throughout the entire process from when he would arrive, to making sure he grabbed the materials that was requested. He even made sure we had the warranty on the materials. In addition, he fixed a part of the door that he noticed needed adjusting, which was outside the original ask (with no extra charge). Charles has an excellent attention to detail. He has a regular customer with me!
