Description of Work: Solar electric. Went very well handle paper work for interface with ComEd and rebates with state of IL. Virtually eliminating electric bill. Solar thermal just installed. No experience with the system yet.

+ 0 moreThis technology being so new, it was important that they were patient and explained all of the options for renewable energy to me. They explained to me how the system would work and helped me understand the monitors to know what I produce. There were several delays because of the permit process. They were very apologetic, even though that was out of their control. It is a small operation, but they truly take pride in what they do. They helped me through everything I needed to know, and I ask a lot of questions! I have a long term agreement with them to monitor my panels and turbine. They have continued their customer service and are very personable to deal with.
Description of Work: They installed solar panels and a vertical axis wind turbine.
