Driscoll Plumbing

The experience was absolutely dreadful and horribly unprofessional. I had a small list of plumbing repairs that needed to be fixed for a home I had just moved into. I spoke with Wayne on the phone and Chris came out on one occasion to see what needed to be done and then on a second and third follow-up occasion to do the repairs. Originally, I was quoted $460 in labor and $150 in replacement parts. After Chris first performed the repairs, I was charged $910 total--including nearly $400 in replacement parts for the leaking shower heads. After he left, I noticed that the shower heads still leaked. And when we turned on the steam unit (which the plumber had failed to check after turning on the water supply line), the unit itself began to immediately leak water. I was told after the original repairs that if everything was still not working properly they would come back and fix it free of charge. This was not the case. For the return visit, I was charged an additional $150 and they still did not fix the original problem with the leaking shower heads. All total, I was charged nearly $700 for parts and labor that did NOT solve the problem.

It was 2 hours before our flight when our toilet started backing up, In a panic we called several plumbers, trying to see who could come the quickest so that we could leave on time. we were quoted what I thought was very excessive amounts. on a chance we asked our neighbor for the name of someone they trusted and that's how we became familiar with Driscoll plumbing. About an hour later Two plumbers arrived (Christopher and his assistant). They were very professional and spent almost 4 hours fixing our our sewer line. Needless to say we rescheduled our flight. and watched as they removed years of roots from our line. When they were finished they explained everything and suggested ways to prevent blockage in the future. They cleaned up the area and asked if we needed anything else looked at while they were here. They fixed all our slow sinks, We were impressed by their concern and old fashion quality of work. I can say without any doubt that I have found plumbers that I would use over and over again. I used roto rooter at one time, what a difference. Its nice to see an old fashion family business where pride in the job still exists. I am very fortunate to have met them and would recommend them highly.

Driscoll plumbing was responsive, explained everything and was courteous.

He's honest, thorough, and always does they job right. He always takes time and doesn't rush the job. He always returns my calls and has great prices!

Two days before Christmas and during a heavy snow storm the kitchen faucet had a leak and was unusable. I called several highly rated plumbers on Angie's List who we have used happily in the past but they were unable to come out the same day. Our local hardware store recommended this company. Driscoll responded by phone within 4 hours and arrived 30 minutes later. Christopher and his assistant Greg were extremely professional, removed their shoes before coming in, explained everything to me and completed the job within an hour. I was very impressed with the excellent service and the quality of their work. Next time we'll call them first.

WAYNE FIXED THE PROBLEM QUICKLY AND PROFESSIONALLY. WHEN WE HAD AN UNRELATED PROBLEM WITH THE SEWER LINE BEING BACKED UP, WAYNE WAS TREMENDOUSLY HELPFUL IN PUTTING US IN TOUCH WITH OTHER PROVIDERS WHO COULD ADDRESS THE PROBLEM, GIVING US A SECOND OPINION ON THE OTHER PROVIDER'S COSTS AND ASSESSMENT, AND FOLLOWING THROUGH WITH THE ISSUE UNTIL RESOLUTION. A TRUE PROFESSIONAL AND A GREAT RESOURCE. POLITE, PROFESSIONAL, REASONABLY PRICED. WOULD CALL HIM AGAIN AND WOULD RECOMMEND WITHOUT HESITATION.
