Kyle came over and gave us an estimate. He advised us that if we could save him some time and us some money if we were willing to provide the labor to expose the sewer pipe. This task we agreed upon and with the help of his dad my son was able to do the job. Kyle and Drew showed up on time and performed the job in a timely and professional manner. On time and under estimate.

Scheduling an appointment was easy. The plumber arrived promptly. No repair was needed to the toilet, so only the slow drain in the bath tub was cleaned out. I think $60 for that service is a little much, but I understand that there is a minimum charge for their services.

Both plumbers were very nice, and they resolved my problem.

15 min before scheduled arrival, plumbers called to say they were running late. They arrived within 15 minutes of scheduled time. They did the drum trap screening. I had arranged with Kyle to have them also install a toilet after cleaning the trap. They made a measurement, looked at the box and told me to return it because it could not be made to fit in the available space. They explained items on the bill.

They were somewhat responsive and very nice, seemed capable.

Everything was excellent. I was very happy with them and will absolutely use them again.

We just purchased a 1934 home where none of the maintenance plumbing had been done in years. We had a list of things that needed to be fixed. Right from the beginning, Kyle, owner of Dorenbos was very exact in how he operates, and I appreciated how honest he was with his pricing. I received five other quotes and his was the fairest. One thing that stood out with Dorenbos was that depending on how big the job was, two guys would be sent out. I had a list of things that needed to be fixed and was worried since I was being charged by the hour and what one plumber could do in an hour might take someone else 30 minutes. Kyle understood my concerns and said that he would have two guys do the work. So while one guy was working on unclogging and fixing the faucets, the other guy was installing the kitchen faucet and utility tub. They finished everything in four hours and this included running out to the plumbing supply shop for parts. The guys explained everything they were doing and why. I even learned a thing or two about plumbing. I was happy that they were able to save the shower faucets. They didn't even suggest replacing them as one plumber's quote I received said I would have to do. The faucets in our house are old (circa 50's/60's), but they still work and look really cool. In the basement shower, Bob was able to find replacement handles for the shower that went in line with the "retro" look of the bathroom. Drew and Mike, the plumbers who worked on our plumbing did a great job. I subscribed to Angie's List for the sole purpose of finding a plumber and I feel that the price of my subscription was worth every penny since I found a great plumbing company.

I was impressed that they were able to diagnose our plumbing problem over the phone. When they arrived on site, their predictions proved to be correct and they simply went to work solving the problem. Impressive.

They were able to come same-day, arrived extremely promptly, and finished the work in under an hour. They were extremely thorough, checking their work carefully, and explaining to me exactly what they did.

They did a good job. They came on time and they were very friendly.

What was awesome about them is that I was pretty strapped financially and they worked with me on that. To save some money I ended up doing the excavation and exposing everything myself but they helped me and showed me what to do. Then they just came in and did the skilled plumbing labor. They weren’t the cheapest but they were the one’s that I trusted. The quality of their work was good. They showed up when they said they were going to. They were just perfect.

They are very community oriented and very reasonably priced. We were give good recommendations for them.

I was at a Parish function and Dorenbos was auctioning their services at half price. I lost the bid but I called them anyway. They were very prompt and professional. They did a great job. I had no problems with them. I would have them come out again if needed.

They are very fair, reasonable, and trustworthy. We have used them for years. They have always been here for us in emergencies and have taken very good care of us.

They were in and out in 1 hour; also found and fixed a leak that I didn't know about in that time. They work for time and materials on small jobs, so there was no estimate. They charged $120 labor (2 guys) + $13 for parts.

Everything went smoothly. They came out quickly to assess the repair, went out for parts, and returned promptly to install the new water heater. The work was done correctly, however they forgot to turn the hot water back on. When I returned home from work I was dismayed not have hot water yet, however my husband was able to determine what the problem was, and turned the valve to the hot water back on.
