Brad was very quick to return our call and set up an appointment for the next day. He even called to tell us he was running ten minutes late on the day of the appointment. He quickly and successfully took care of our pest control problem and his pricing was extremely reasonable. He even came back the next week for a quick follow up visit to ensure the problem was under control.

I was very impressed with the service provided by Brad. He was prompt and professional and rid my home of an ongoing ant problem. It has been over a month since Brad's visit and I haven't seen an ant since. Also, the chemical that Brad uses is not toxic so my little dog and family have had no reaction to his visit. I would HIGHLY recommend Brad's service. Thanks so much Brad for getting rid of this pesky problem in my home.

I contacted this company based on its very favorable reports from other members. The owner Brad answered my phone call, and gave an estimate over the phone based on the problem I described. He was able to come to do the work very quickly and arrived on time. He asked questions about the problem, inspected the apartment thoroughly, sprayed inside and outside the building, and cleaned up after spraying. He charged slightly less than he estimated even for such a small job. Brad's very polite and friendly, and respectful of the belongings in the apartment. I would definitely use his company again if other pest problems occur.

Brad was able to come out the same day I called, which was a huge relief because any type of bug gives me an anxiety attack and it was important to me to address the issue immediately. He was knowledgeable, professional, friendly and he even offered to help me fix a closet door that had broken in the room where the carpet worms had taken up residence. Brad asked lots of questions to identify the source of the problem, cleaned up the area, checked underneath the carpet pad to make sure there wasn't an infestation that required removal of the carpet (there wasn't, thank goodness!) and then used a non-toxic spray on the area. He didn't even bill me that day because he wanted to make sure the issue was resolved before I paid him any money. A week and a half later, I am very happy to report that there haven't been any worm sightings! I hope I never have another pest situation that requires Brad's assistance, but if I do, I wouldn't hesitate to call him again!

Brad was great. He was prompt in returning my call and was able to accommodate our schedule for the visit. Took the time to explain the problems with the earlier traps we used (totally ineffective) and almost immediately located the place behind the stove from which our unwelcomed house guest made its nightly visit.Further inspection of the basement indicated the point of entry which was caused by the recent installment of a new basement door. He set a few good traps in the kitchen and basement and then did a walk around of the property (checking for gaps in the brickwork and foundation) looking for additional points of entry. He claimed it didn't take him very long and charged me only a portion of what he originally quoted. The important thing was that his traps worked and caught our uninvited intruder as soon as it entered the kitchen that evening. Keeping our fingers crossed we still have the other traps out but it appears that all rodent activities have ceased ( at least from what we can see).

My tenant had seen a few roaches within the past couple weeks. I talked with the condo association and we agreed that all 6 residential units should be treated. Brad was flexible about coming on a Saturday when most of the residents would be home in the building. He was very punctual, which I appreciated. He was very courteous towards all the residents in the building as well and was careful when moving around their personal items and put everything back in place after he had applied the gel. He was very knowledgeable regarding the pests. He even offered to treat the laundry room, which was not included in our original agreement. I would highly recommend calling Brad for any pest control issues you might have. The best part was that he gave the most competitive bid and I called four different companies from Angie's List.

I did not use them but they were great. The guy was very responsive and he called me back. He also reduced the price. The only reason I did not use them was because there was someone else in our building who had a contract with another company and we went with the other company.

Amazingly reasonable, professional, and just a nice gentleman. His price was much lower than big name companies. We would highly recommend them!

Easy and quickly. He sprayed wherever I had told him there were ants and everywhere else. Then, he went outside and looked for where the ants came into the house and sprayed there. He told us what to do outside to prevent ants from coming in (not telling you - you have to call him!). He also sprayed the doorsteps.

The experience was excellent. The guy was in the neighborhood and came in. He had a prompt response. I would hire him again in the future and recommend him to others.

We called them up and they came out. They got rid of the problem. We haven't had any problems since with the dirt bees. They are very nice and knowledgeable.

Brad was great. He was available in the time that we needed him and he new how to address our problem. I wish he would have removed the nest itself, but that would have required removing part of the roof and gutter. For the price, he did everything we could have asked.

Brad is extremely professional and punctual. My husband and I have used his service twice for our buildings. He arrived with all necessary materials to identify and correct our rodent problems. He is very thorough in his investigations and offered excellent advice for future abatement. We will definitely continue to call Brad anytime we have a pest control problem.

BRAD WAS FRIENDLY, PROFESSIONAL AND VERY HELPFUL. HE PROMPTLY RETURNED MY CALL AND WAS KIND ENOUGH TO STOP BY OUR HOME THE SAME DAY TO EVALUATE OUR PEST SITUATION ON HIS WAY HOME FROM ANOTHER JOB. HE CORRECTLY IDENTIFIED THE SOURCE OF OUR GNAT PROBLEM AS CONTAMINATED POTTING SOIL, PROVIDED A SIMPLE, DIY SOLUTION AND DIDN'T CHARGE US FOR THE VISIT. WE WILL DEFINITELY CALL BRAD SHOULD WE EVER NEED PEST CONTROL SERVICES IN THE FUTURE.
