Doing good job.

Everyone in our neighborhood uses them. They are pretty good and charge $60/month.

Answered phone call right away. Was able to come over to look at property within a few days. But said would email written estimate, but never did.

Never got a call back. Called them again and they said they would get back to me but they did not.

They came the day after I called, did a great job, and left- friendly owner supervised the job.

I was very satisfied. He came over and explained everything to me, and they planned to come on the following Friday, which is when they came.

Very responsive to initial call. Offered additional services. Weather added to delay in clean-up work being completed but now it's complete and done well.

Luis never showed up. I've called twice and have not heard back from him. I'm not impressed with Diaz Bros.

They come every week, don't have to worry about them showing up. They do what needs to be done with out having to be asked. Very reliable, clean, and polite.

I have been using Diaz Bros. since 2000 upon the recommendation of a neighbor. They now work for 5 families on our block and many others in my immediate neighborhood. There are times when they seem to work too fast and/or do something irritating like leaving the gates unlatched or blowing bird seed into my yard. But on the whole, they have done a consistently good job and are always willing to respond to any complaints. They have never missed a week, often working weekends if rain has disrupted their schedule. They also keep track of specific do's or don'ts for each client. For example, they always remember that we don't want them to trim our bushes or edge around our patio. I would recommend them to anyone.

I love this company. The sons have taken over part of the business. The quality is excellent, and they always have good ideas for completing projects.

They come rain or shine. They are very quick and proactive. They have been doing our home for 4 years and we are very satisfied with them. They do not reply quickly to phone calls.

WE HIRED DIAZ BECAUSE THEY WERE THE COMPANY WHO HAD BEEN WORKING FOR THE PREVIOUS OWNERS BEFORE WE MOVED IN ALMOST A YEAR AGO. WE HAVE HAD A FEW INSTANCES WHERE OUR PHONE MESSAGES WERE NOT RETURNED, AND ONE INCIDENT WHERE A WORKER TRAMPLED ON EXISTING FLOWERS WITH HIS LADDER WHILE TRIMMING OTHER BUSHES. ALL INCIDENCES HAVE SINCE BEEN RESOLVED. WE ARE NOT THRILLED WITH THEIR WORK, BUT WE ARE NEITHER DISAPPOINTED ENOUGH TO BOTHER FINDING NEW LANDSCAPER RIGHT NOW. THEY SERVICE MOST OF OUR NEIGHBORS, AND ONLY ONE WOMAN HAS ACTUALLY TERMINATED THEIR SERVICE. MOSTLY DUE TO MISUNDERSTANDINGS. WE FIGURE WE'LL STICK IT OUT WITH THEM FOR NOW, BECAUSE WE'RE NOT BIG STICKLER ABOUT GARDENING. WE JUST WANT THE FRONT TO LOOK DECENT, AND IT DOES.
