Description of Work: I needed part of a brick foundation wall to be repaired. When Joe came to give the estimate, he was very straightforward and clear in what was needed to be done (and, what was not needed to be done as well). He scheduled me within 2 weeks, his guys came in as planned, and they did a great job. I would certainly use them again for masonry work.

Joe came out to take a look and thought that it was something that we could DIY ourselves instead of using his services. I appreciated his honest advice. We took his suggestion and did not redeem the coupon. Since he did not complete the work, we are requesting a refund.

Description of Work: Joe came out to look at fixing my chimney that was a lot wobbly. The chimney needed a complete rebuild. I had purchased a big deal coupon and with that included was given a very competitive price. Joe's team did the work while I was away and I came home to a brand new chimney. The guys cleaned up and you wouldn't have known they were there. I was very pleased and would recommend Dependable Construction.

Joe came down to an agreeable price and he spoke good english so we were able to communicate well. Project went well. Joe and his team were punctual, professional and provided quality work. They took care of a couple minor additional items without charging additional money. It was a pleasure to work with this company and I will come back for repear quotes and business.
Description of Work: Dependable spot tuckpointed roughly 10 cracks, repaired stairwells going to garden units, tuckpointed brick landscapes in courtyard, caulked 6 window sills and replaced 2 walls with common brick.

We too were very pleased with their performance. All aspects of the contract were completed in a professional and workmanlike manner and at a reasonable and competitive price. Specifically the crew took the time to properly prepare and protect work areas, worked steadily, and left the property in very good condition at the end of the project. Overall we were very satisfied with the quality of the work performed and would be happy to refer them to others as well. A very good choice!
