+ -1 moreGreat job. Last tenants had stained and scratched floors. Floors look beautiful. Living room and dining room were fairly new (5 years) oak floors, but bedrooms and kitchen were old (original 1910) maple floors that now look great.
Description of Work: Sanded entry, living room, dining room, 2 bedrooms, and kitchen and applied 2 coats of finish.

+ -1 moreDaniel was very responsive, from start to finish. We were in a rush to finish the work, after one tenant moved out and another tenant moved in. The house has a lot of charm (we think), and we wanted to restore the wood floors, which were in bad shape. Daniel's team arrived as expected, completed the work as expected, did a very good job, and was fairly priced compared to one or two other bids. We would definitely use Deny's again.
Description of Work: Refinished hardwood floors and stairs on first and second levels of 1800s Chicago row home. The wood had been refinished ten years earlier and was in bad shape. Buff hardwood floors on 1st and 2nd floors. Apply one coat of polyurethane. Buff 17 stairtops and apply one coat of polyurethane finish.Buff 4 newel tops and apply one coat of polyurethane finish.All materials and labor included.
