We never felt pressured on anything & felt that he went above and beyond by giving us all of the time and energy that is required in times like these when the market is very competitive...we also can't thank him enough for his patience (we saw a lot of places!). In the end, we found our dream home and, most importantly, his advice helped us bid with confidence. We highly recommend Dennis!

Dennis was terrific! He took my list of criteria and price ranges and turned up all the applicable properties, as well as some that I would not have considered had he not explained how they met my needs. He was extremely attentive to my concerns, always on time for viewings, and kept in touch via email and phone. I appreciated hearing his perspective on properties so that I got a fresh set of ideas that would not have occurred to me. He understands the market in real estate and gave me tips on which way to go when there were choices. Would definitely hire again.

It was great. Dennis spent hours of searching for just the right house in just the right neighborhood. I can't remember how many walk throughs we did before finding the perfect house but he was with us every step of the way. His response time is super quick and quality of his service was awesome. I don't expect to move again for a while but if/when I do, I'm looking him up.
