Richard Ramirez can not be located after providing a quote to rebuild the back porch for a 2 story building, a new front porch as well as some interior work. He accepted a partial payment of $11,000, no work has been completed to date and he has not returned any phone calls. I do not recommend doing business with this company!
Description of Work: Rebuild a 2 story back porch, a front porch and some update some interior rooms.

There were a few minor problems they had to come back and fix, but instead of coming right back out it took them approximately three weeks. One was just cosmetic, but it could have been a major problem if it wasn't taken care of. As far as the other work, it went okay and the job is finally completed and my roof hasn't leaked again yet.
Description of Work: They removed the old roof and installed a new one on our 1400 square foot home.
