Description of Work: on a cold night my heat stopped working. they came out asap and did a great job. they are the only heating/air company i would ever use. a family owned business-their workmanship is outstanding as well as great to work with.

Description of Work: This is my second positive experience with Deljo. They also replaced my furnace two years ago. This time my 26 year old air conditoner was not performing well. As always the service professional was on time, polite and knowledgeable. He gave me an honest assesment on whether the unit should be repaired or replaced. I decided to replace the unit. Deljo explained my options as regards BTU and SEER quite well. They also had some favorable financing options. When they came to install the new unit they were prompt, clean and thorough. I had to adjust the time of the installation due to a situation at work and they were cordial and accomodating. You can't ask for a more professional approach. I would recommend their services to anyone. I have no doubt you may find services for less but evaluating the entire experience, in the end, you get what you pay for and with Deljo it is strictly professional.

Description of Work: Once again I was very pleased with Deljo. They are total professionals as was Jim. He was terrific and came out to inspect our place as our carbon monoxide detector went off. He checked everywhere including our furnace. He was very prompt and arrived before I did, did a complete inspection and was nice as well as helpful. I would reco them to anyone as well as Jim. Deljo came for another job last year or so (I was not there so not sure who worked on that project) but I was very happy with them then. That was for an AC unit disconnect and reconnect for some roof. One last thing, I called super early this morning and theynwere there, and Jim came out this afternoon the same day! How effiecient is that? It made my day much easier as well as the fear of carbon monoxide. Thanks again Deljo.

Description of Work: Evaluated and cleaned furnace, explained all issues and that air duct debris was causing problems, offered contract for heating and AC yearly repair at very reasonable price.

Description of Work: Can out for estimate for my old/poorly ducted house - did not try to oversell or promise me a system but rather pointed out how the configuration of my ducts would make any system work poorly. Appreciate the representative's honesty and knowledge. Would definitely call them if I need HVAC work in the future.

Description of Work: Deljo diagnosed a problem we were having with our AC not being cool enough. They did a number of tests (at reasonable cost) and remedied it in a timely fashion. They were always there when they said they would be, and performed their duties with diligence and professionalism.
