Description of Work: Got my heater serviced, signed up for their service agreement, will get my air conditioner services in the spring plus discounted rates on service calls and parts.

Description of Work: I explained to the provider that I just purchased the home and never owned a home with a Boiler. I wanted them to help explain how things worked, what kind of maintenance schedule that I need to consider for today and down the road. They did a wonderful job answering all my questions and took the time to explain things. Now I feel confident that if I have any future needs they are my go-to people.

Description of Work: Water heater maintenance. Went above and beyond to fit us in as this was needed prior to closing on sale of condo.

Description of Work: They ran a new AC lineset through the walls of our unit and installed a new AC. | |We have had a service contract with them for few years and they do excellent work and are highly professional. My only issue is with their price. I was quoted for 3 different options for a new AC. Their quotes were definitely way on the high end and I didn't feel I got full disclosure about the pros (or more importantly, the cons) of each system. I had to do some outside homework and talk to other authorized dealers to know exactly what I was getting with each option. In the end, I figured the extra cost was probably worth it for a little peace of mind. Bottom line, they do good work and have always been responsive - I just wish their prices were more competitive.

Description of Work: Replaced inducer motor in an older gas furnace

Description of Work: I had just had a home inspection and my furnace looked dirty and problematic, so I scheduled an appointment to have it checked out and cleaned! I was able to schedule in a timely manner and my technician was on time and professional and courteous! Would definitely recommend in the future!

Description of Work: Our thermostat was reading that the heat was supposed to be turning on. However, our boiler was cold. After consulting a couple friends for who they called for heating repair, we decided to hire Deljo. The Deljo base service fee cost was lower than another service provider we consulted and their first time customer discount was also a good incentive. The Deljo person who received our initial service call was very polite, informative and was able to get us scheduled the next day. The Deljo service techs were knowledgeable, courteous and good at explaining the pricing options for the service we needed. Turns out, the cable connecting our boiler to the thermostat was disconnected during some remodeling work that took place a couple days earlier. As soon as the cable was repaired the heat fired back up. We also signed up for a yearly maintenance plan and had our boiler checked over that day since it had been a couple years from the last time. We now know who to call should we ever have another issue.

Description of Work: My furnace wasn't working. Called on a Sunday,they responded right away. Said they would be out in a few hours. Explained what the problem was, and showed me exactly what was happening. They put in a new switch and I had heat right away. Very reliable and courteous.

Description of Work: The tech did a great job of cleaning the boiler and was detailed and hard working he took great care when inspecting and cleaning it. When the heat was turned on the house became warm in 40 minutes compared to two hours from the past.

Description of Work: We arranged for Deljo to come out to a house we are possibly buying to give us some estimates on replacing old furnaces and AC units. We had arranged a time window with the realtors to get in, and the Deljo technician came within the time window. Unfortunately, the seller's realtor dropped the ball and did not communicate the correct time window to the owners, so we weren't able to get into the house. The Deljo technician was very understanding and professional about the situation. He gave us his card and told us to just call to reschedule once we had another time window and that he'd be happy to come back out. We actually ended up calling to ask for a very rough ballpark estimate just so we knew the approximate cost to replace the units so that we could come up with a reasonable price adjustment request. He was very helpful and took his time with me on the phone to explain what factors would need to be considered which could affect the cost and gave me a good rough estimate I could work with. We would definitely call them again in the event that we actually need to have work done, whether on the potential new house or in our current house.

Description of Work: The replaced the compressor on my outside AC unit. The service went well. It took multiple phone calls to get an appointment.

Description of Work: They did basic maintenance on two of the heating system. Scheduling went well and one technician came out to do the maintenance initially. They were able to come back the same day since the heater stopped working so they are very responsive. The second technician found some things that were dangerous and educated me on the system and it made it safer to use.

Description of Work: Furnace wasn't igniting. They adjusted position of ignitor and just charged for routine checkup.
