Description of Work: Deljo is great. I had an annual maintenance contract - spring and fall service. I also use Deljo for repairs and upgrades - their prices are fair and as an annual service customer, I get a discount. I last used Deljo for duct cleaning in the fall. They did an excellent job. I'm no longer a customer - I've moved out of Deljo's service area. However, I'd absolutely use them again if in the area.

Description of Work: They performed my annual furnace cleaning and check. Technician was prompt, thorough, efficient and answered my questions in layman's terms and with respect. I find this to be the usual experience with Deljo and have used their services for annual furnace and AC checks for several years.

Description of Work: Installed furnace, coil, and new air box. Ran new HVAC line set. They were always on time and the work was done very well. Gave them a C on price because they priced out about the same as everyone, so average. Not dissatisfied in any way with the price.

Description of Work: Deljo told me on the phone that they could service through the wall units, but when the servicer arrived, he stated they couldn't. I was still charged $104.00 and I still came away with a broken air conditioner.
