It went very well. While the install took longer than expected, the cost was the same. The only problem was one of the installers writing on the second unit to show us distance from the property line. We could have been told and shown this without writing on the unit.

They have done a great job. They may be a little more expensive, but you do get what you pay for. The follow-up and continued service I receive has been wonderful.

Another top-notch job from Deljo. I've used them several times before and will continue to use them and recommend them to my friends.

They were very professional and gave us straightforward answers on our questions and concerns on the unit. I had originally scheduled an 8 am appointment. The person didn't show up on time, but someone from the office called and advised they had made a scheduling error in their system so apologized for the delay. The person eventually arrived by 9 am. Overall I was pleased with Nathan's visit and professionalism.

They are on time every time they come, which is huge for me. I would definitely use them again in the future.

We were happy with the installation and they did a thorough job. They were very good and quick. They were very efficient and polite.

The technician arrived promptly (called me when he was on his way) and put on booties before entering the house. After looking at the leak, he determined that a small plastic pipe had split, and he went about replacing it. Other contractors had told me I needed a new coil at a cost of $1500! He cleaned and recharged the Freon to fix the freezing/bad cooling problem. He explained that I could get most of the recharging for free if I joined the annual heater/AC maintenance plan. Normally I don't sign up for these kinds of package deals, but in this case it was worth it since it includes a discount on service and also higher priority on emergency calls. The latter is important to me since I often travel on business and want my family to be taken care of quickly if the heating or AC breaks down. It also helped that the technician was very friendly and respectful. He was able to explain things at a level that made sense to me (I'm pretty knowledgeable about handyman-type things) I can't imagine a better service call.

I called on a Tuesday and got an appointment for Friday of the same week. I was a little peeved when I was told that their website-advertised $50 off for first-time customers did not apply because it only applied to "service calls". They did say they'd honor the $10 coupon from Angie's List (which also applies to "service calls"). They were supposed to come between 1 and 3:00. At 3:10, when no one had arrived, I called and they said that I was not even in their system. They offered to come out on Monday, but I had taken the day off work on Friday and could not do so on Monday. They did not really apologize for the inconvenience, or offer anything to make me want to use their company in the future. Which I will not do.

They did a good work. They were excellent. They came out in a timely manner. All of the technicians were professional and knowledgeable. They were honest and they did not sell us anything that we did not need.

They did a very good job, and cleaned up well. He helped me hook up my dryer at no extra charge, which I appreciated. I found them to be very professional. I was quite happy with them, and would certainly use them again.

I really like them. They sent the same person and he already knew our house. I have three dogs and he is comfortable with them. He is really quick and polite.

deljo was profesional from beginning to end with great attention to detail. they were not the cheapest bid i got, but they were the most thorough. they returned calls promptly, showed up on time, did the job quickly and completely. i had a small problem a few days later with the thermostat which they didn't work on, and they came out the next day and fixed me up no charge. i would recommend them to my friends, neighbors, etc.

The workers at Deljo are excellent. They are responsive. They have good pricing. They have good communication. I will continue to use them.

We purchased an old home that needed everything. The furnace was on it's last legs, and the 50 year old air conditioning compressor had plants crowing out of it. First on our to do list was a new heating and air conditioning system. We interviewed many fine companies from Angie's, but Deljo's representative Frank Weitzel was the reason we selected Deljo to do the work. Frank was thorough in his inspection of our home, measuring square footage, counting windows, walking the exterior etc., before giving his recommendations on the furnace and air conditioning systems that would best work for us. He even noticed that the previous owner had replaced all the supply vents with return vents, in her attempt to spiff up the house for sale, making for a less than efficient distribution of heat, so recommended the replacement of them as well. We received his recommendations and estimate by email as well as hard copy very quickly followed by a call from Frank asking if we had any questions about the cost and information. We decided on a Trane Furnace and air conditioning compressor. When the day of installation arrived Frank arrived with the crew who then proceeded to completely remove and dispose of the old furnace and air conditioner, repacing them with the new ones. They were neat, efficient and fast as they set about their work finishing the job in a day and a half.. Casey, the head of the crew went over complete instructions as to how to run the system before packing up and leaving. At the end of the day Frank arrived to make sure all went well and to assure me if there were any problems or questions I could always call him. Acompany can only be as good as the people that represent it. As far as I'm concerned Deljo is at the top of it's field.

One of my rooftop condensers went out. The first HVAC guy said I need to replace it at a cost of $4000. I got two other bids to be safe - the first bidder put in a bid for $2500 to replace it, and the second, Deljo, said, "A condenser this new shouldn't break; there might be a cheaper fix." So they did an inspection, found the cause, and fixed it for $550. They are now my HVAC vendor of choice, and I have been in commercial real estate for 10 years now.

They are superb. I have been using them twice a year for twenty five years. They are prompt and honest. They always come when they are asked to. I have a contract with them and everything is provided for. I have never had an emergency, but if I did have a problem they would come.

They were great. Everything is working well. My husband is satisfied with their service. Their price was good, and they were responsive.

RFH system has a half dozen knobs and switches. Our dog-sitter had mistakenly switched one of them off. Embarrassment! Technician taught me the basics of how the system works for future use, and didn't charge for the RFH portion of the trip. Technician did a clean and check on one of our furnaces. Quick yet comprehensive.

I had a horrible noise in my furnace and called Deljo. They came out the same day of my phone call, and showed up at the beginning of the time window they provided. The service worker identified the problem as the motor for the fan, and tried the "cheap fix" of lubricating the motor. Unfortunately, this didn't work, and a new motor was required. This was installed quickly, and the amount of air blowing in my condo increased dramatically. I guess I had needed a new fan for quite some time as I've lived in this condo for two years and never had that much air blowing in! Deljo did a great job responding quickly and professionally. I will definitely use them in the future and plan on having them come out in the next couple of months to service my air conditioner.

The gentlemen were on time and completed the service in the amount of time expected. They completed the same work on 2 other units in our building and explained everything they did professionally and in great detail after the work was complete. The were clean and cleaned up well once the job was finished.

Researched Angies List for a HVAC contractor. Saw the reports on many but choose to only call the one. I figured based on their reviews that this is the company that I would like to work with on a major investment like this. Called in the morning on a Thursday and asked to get a quote of a complete new system. I was put in contact with a salesman Brian. Let him know that I am looking at putting in a new High E system for my first floor and basement level. He asked how many others I would be getting quotes from. I said I had spoken with a guy that I had used in my past but for this install was looking at contracting a larger more established contractor, and that he was the only one I was calling. We spoke briefly about the system that I would like and the area where it was to be installed. I mentioned that I was anxious to get it done quickly since I have scheduled a contractor to refinish the basement starting later the next week. Asked for a Thursday evening appt but was told Friday morning was the quickest. He arrived promptly at 8:30 Friday morning. I took him to the location of the furnace and we began talking about the system and what my issues were. I wanted some ducts worked on in order to provide better airflow to the back of the house. He mentioned how slow it was out there and that he is working up great deals now. Started talking about Heat Pumps and a bunch of other options. I said great, asked him to let me know what the cost would be for the system as I originally requested along with some other options to consider. Told him I was ready to go on this and was looking for top of line equipment. He took a measurement or 2 and I asked him if he wanted to sit at the table to work up the quote. He said that he does not do it like that and he will go back to his office and work up the quote. I asked if he could email it to me as soon as it is ready. He said no problem and that I should have it by noon that day. I never saw the quote so at 6pm I called Brian and asked if he had a chance to send the quote yet. He said not yet and that he was almost done and should have it soon. So I then said, ?about an hour or so", he then said "yea, or maybe tomorrow." I was a little shocked at that answer but figured if I got it on Saturday, they would still be able to start on Tuesday so I could get my other work started by Thursday. Nothing on Saturday came, nothing on Sunday, and now it is 6pm on Monday and absolutely no contact from this guy at all. It is too bad as I was a sure sale. I am glad that these guys are so busy that they are able to choose which deals to bid on and those to pass on. I now need to start all over again researching to find another acceptable contractor and now need to push off my start date for my other work.

Technician (I think his name was Saul) was very friendly and didn't mind me looking over his shoulder. Pricing was fair, he was on time, I was happy. I had to buy a replacement part from them, which was even cheaper than online.

This was one of the best service companies I have dealt with.

He cleaned up and explained what needed to be done. He was a friendly guy. We have used many different people from the list. We have been very happy.

Very professional, spent the time to show me all about our furnace and fix some issues. Didn't oversell on anything...gave me honest advice about the life left on furnace...Very professional and would recommend in a second. Rudy was our first technician and he was awesome - polite, patient and smart.
