 + -1 moreThey absolutely ruined the pants. Then in their attempt to fix it they took the pants back and just destroyed them beyond recognition. They shrunk like I didn't even know leather could shrink. But here is the real burn: I had been a regular customer for YEARS, but they turned around and crapped on all my loyalty. They offered me NOTHING then eventually got real nasty with me. Yes, me, a loyal to a T customer. I couldn't get the pants on over my ankles, and the beautiful sheen and buttery softness were gone. Their behavior goes against everything we know about good customer service. This is the worst, not to mention the most expensive, place to get your dry cleaning done. RUN away from this house of horrors!!
Description of Work: Gave a pair of very expensive leather pants for their "expert" leather cleaning.

 + -1 moreThis was bay far the worst experience I have ever had with a cleaner or any business for that matter. The workmanship and customer service were terrible and I will never do business there again.
Description of Work: They charged 120.00 to "hand clean" my Burberry purse which had some stains on the fabric. I paid 60.00 up front and was told it would be ready in 7-10 days. After keeping my purse for almost 7 weeks telling me it's not ready yet, I was given a cleaned purse with the leather portions painted with a sticky light grey color that stuck to my hand. I was outraged that they painted my handbag making it look like a cheap knock off. They said that they would remove the paint and it would look exactly as it had before. This was not the case. They removed the shine from the leather with actual pieces of the leather missing along the seams. The purse looks terrible with dull, cracked leather and they refused to pay for a new purse and claimed that I signed a waiver relieving them from all liabilities. These are people who clean wedding dresses and I'm guessing use the same waiver. The owner Jordan was to say the least hard to deal with and I feel a moral responsibility to warn anyone from having the same experience.

 + -1 moreExcellent! The place is immaculate. It's cleaner than an Intensive Care Unit in the emergency room. The people are incredibly friendly and personable. And the job they did on my clothes was top notch.
Description of Work: I had my favorite lamb's wool coat and matching hat cleaned and treated. I also had my 20 year old full length leather coat cleaned, treated, and repaired (hem and buttons). They also laundered my shirts.
