We hired David to sort through the multiple choices of carpet, tile, wall coverings and cabinetry selections. He ran down tangents of different options of the electrical, layouts, cabinet design and different configurations of the floor plan. his favorite comment was let the budget decide. his question always shouldâ ve been what we would gain from deviating from building standard. This led to him missing critical deadlines and preposterous cost over runs which we primarily declined. in the end what we hired him to do, which was choices and cabinetry style color floor tile. He never did. We ended up, moving forward with making choices on our own.

Whatever be your situation, our most humble advice, RUN. If ever David Yates even approaches you, run for your life. He is a cheat and a scoundrel. We paid him his advance, signed a contract, he wasted a YEAR with nothing to show. He kept saying we will steal his designs. For heaven?s sake we hired him to design and the whole idea is to implement them. He kept sending spreadsheets of activities to be delivered, to this day, we have not seen one iota of anything that resembles a design. He kept telling our GC, ?am I going to be fired?? A year later we could not sleep his nonsense anymore, we spent hard earned money and swore we will write this review. Our telephone numbers and email address is available.
