The communication and transparency from initial meeting in determining the scope of the project with estimates, and working with us to come to a final agreement went smoothly and professionally. Description of Work: They repaired a roof on my home and my garage. They did a restoration/repair work inside the home. They supplied the dumpster to the premises to remove the existing shingle roof in the house and on the garage. They put dumpster in front of my house. They removed and replaced the chimney. They replaced the gutter, they install new soffits, they applied iced and watershed around the lower perimeter. They included additional plywood for the sheeting replacement. They installed a new GAF 30 year architectural shingles and they replaced 2 joist on the back porch. They repaired the interior of the home and they drywalled and replaced the flashing on the roof. They repaired the roof of the shower area, the shower window and tiles around the shower window.

+ 2 moreDavid was professional, provided follow-up, matched pricing, and was very patient with schedule changes and meeting deadlines. HUGE PLUS: David and other team members were exceptionally neat and I had to do no cleanup after all services were rendered. Work performed included the following. 1. Reconfiguration of hot water tank chimney vent, and other piping 2. Leaking pipe repair 3. Layover on house and garage roof 4. Tear off of awning covering and repair 5. Chimney tuck pointing I would definitely recommend Dardon Construction and use them in the future.

Elvis and his crew were professional, did excellent work and were 50% less than the other bid. I was kept apprised throughout the job by email and camera phone photos and understood the details of the work. Pardon Construction was referred to me by a fiend and I'd be happy to refer them to any of my friends for future work.

+ 5 moreI hired Dardon construction Inc to help with my remodeling. I purchased a gut rehab and they took care of all the remodeling. I was very pleased with their work. The GC was very friendly and easy to work with. The house is completely different from when I purchased it. Bathroom, stairs, kitchen and even moved my entry door. I will definitely call them again for future projects.
