The roofing project went over the estimated timeframe by about two days. The workmanship on the roof is very good, they did a great job. The communication regarding delays and other issues, should have been communicated better. The roofer ran out of materials and didn't communicate there would be a delay. Would show up without calling; when you weren't expecting any activity. The positioning of the dumpster and the roofing debris overflow, destroyed our ground cover. When the dumpster was removed we had to clean our own driveway before moving our cars back into the garage. There pricing was fair, things could have gone smoother, assume there was some overlapping on other roofing projects that created some disorganization. The crew was very courteous and professional. Roofer provided extra venting, again did a great job with the workmanship on the roof.

I was very happy with my experience with them. The gentleman was very nice and was very responsive to all my questions. He also gave me recommendations and he gave me a list of people he had worked with in the past. It took one day to put on the new roof and I was happy.

Chicago Hailstorm of June 2011! Destroyed our roof of the house and garage and pockmarked our old sidings. We had just bought the house and had in mind basement plumbing work so we bundled the work w/ the siding and roof job. We asked for three estimates and Dardon's was by far the cheapest, and included more things in it, like 3/4" foam insulation, dark siding colors and the basement work. He came out with the insurance adjuster and pointed out the roof and siding damage, and was able to secure a sizable repair / replacement budget. Very punctual and professional. Asked for 1/2 the payment first, and another 1/4 at 3/4 of the work, and the final 1/4 at completion. Will definitely use Dardon for my future remodeling.
