D&B Pluming

Description of Work: I called this provider to have my steam shower repaired and to determine why my water pressure in the shower would suddenly drop. The provider came out on January 18th took a picture of the steam shower unit and had no answer for the water pressure issue. He charged me $75 for the visit. I've called this provider no less than 5 times and was told each time, someone would get back with me. It is now February 16th and this provider will not answer or return my calls. Extremely unprofessional! DO NOT USE!!!

Description of Work: In august of 2014 D&B Pluming came to give an estimate. Price came back $5600 to build a sub pump. The service provided performed the work in September 2014 and as he proceeded to do the work he cracked the city sidewalk, ripped apart the yard and made no attempt to replace the dirt or plants that he had moved. I had to spend my own money to add dirt and landscape the yard. The lid on the pump was tilted and the service provider did not put gravel in the basin so that it would not sink. Basin lid was at an angle and work did not look professional at all. 6 Months later my basement flooded which caused me to remove rental tenants and I had to do repairs myself which caused me to have out of pocket expenses to relocate them and also caused me to lose about 3 months of rent. Service provider came back out and said sub pump was pulled out of the socket so I changed the amp myself. SP never responded once I sent him pictures of properly done work. I went with a different company and they ended up doing a better job in a short amount of time. Due to the damage that was caused by D&B, the second service provider refused to do certain work because of how poorly D&B completed their work.
