We met Dana at a showing for a property in Evanston and were so impressed by his knowledge of the market and professionalism we invited him to give us a pitch as to why he should sell our home. He was competing against another large Chicago real estate firm, which is co-owned by my friend and fraternity brother. When we found a home to purchase that was listed below market value, Dana was able to get the listing agent to accept our bid 6 hours after the house was listed. We paid less than the asking price and Dana put together such a strong contract that we got the house even though 5 other bids higher than ours came in within a week.
