Dan made the entire selling and purchasing experience pleasurable and effortless. Dan is extremely professional and has a wonderful, easy-going personality. He truly listened and appreciated my questions and concerns during the selling and purchasing process. What I found most refreshing was that Dan provided me with accurate, honest information. My condo sold almost at exactly the price Dan and I had discussed when we initially listed it. He kept in constant communication with me. He regularly called and sent emails regarding the showings and the status of the market in general. Dan was also extremely patient in helping me find and purchase my new home. He spent many days taking me to just about every listing in my desired area that was in my price point and with the amenities I wanted. Finally, Dan provided sound advice and recommendations during negotiations. Now, I live in condo which I have always dreamed of. I couldn't be happier! I will use Dan as long as I live in Chicago!!
