Derek came out to my home in a timely fashion, spent time measuring and never called back. I called back after a week, asked if he had a quote yet. He said no. I asked when I might expect the quote? He responded with ''You're working with other people, right?'' I responded that yes, I'm getting other quotes. He said OK. I didn't understand at first, I asked ''So you don't want to quote, you're not interested?'', ''No.'' I don't understand why so many contractors waste their time in your home and never pull together a quote!

THEY WERE PROMPT AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY DID EXTRA WORK FOR A NOMINAL FEE. WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE.
Description of Work: SANDED, REPAIRED WOOD PLANKS(3X2 AREA, INDISTINGUISHABLE FROM THE ORIGINAL FLOOR) APPLIED SPECIAL HARD FINISH ON LIVING ROOM, DINING ROOM HARDWOOD FLOORS. APPOX.600 FEET. DUSTLESS AND CLEAN. RESPECTFUL,PROFESSIONAL AND PROMPT WORKERS. EXCELLENT IN PREPPING HOUSE WITH PLASTIC SHEETING SO THE REST OF THE HOUSE STAYED CLEAN. WE WERE DELIGHTED WITH THE RESULTS. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

THEY CAME TO DO REFINISHING ESTIMATE - THEY DID PART OF WORK BUT HELD OFF DOING OTHER ROOMS. THEY BASICALLY BLEW US OFF WHEN TIME CAME TO FINISH. THE ORIGINAL WORK WAS FINE, BUT WOULD NOT COME BACK AND DO THE LAST ROOM. THEY KEPT PUTTING US OFF. I WOULD NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN.
