Our master bedroom did not have a return duct. Air was stall and moist in winter. Joyner came over, evaluated the project, suggested a solution. He listened our concerns and answered questions. He was able to come up with a reasonable solution to our problem. The estimate he provided was kept to a dime. It was very professional experience for reasonable money. Would recommend Joyner and hire him for future projects related to air conditioning.

+ -1 moreDarrell is highly professional and courteous. I called him on Saturday morning and he fit me into his already booked schedule. It was a scorcher outside so he was very accommodating seeing that my tenant had a young daughter and the temperature indoors was nearing 90°. Darrell diagnosed the problem immediately... a blown capacitator. He had the part in his truck and in no time the AC system was up and running! He told me it would take some time for the apartment to cool and called me a few times to check on the temperature. He said he would come back if things didn't improve, but they did within 90 minutes. I cannot recommend this guy enough from start to finish Darrell did a fantastic job

+ -1 moreEverything went very well. He went the extra mile to do a good job because there were some obstacles to overcome. He was very pleasant and seemed very knowledgeable. He honored the quote he originally gave me even though the job took longer than he expected. He initially said the job would take half an hour but he was actually here over an hour. I was very happy with the service and I will probably use him again.
