Description of Work: Designed and built a new, custom closet in the master bedroom (with french doors) and a coat closet in the hallway leading to the exit door of a two flat. Had to break into the common stairway to make room for this well thought out design. CWM did the architecture / engineering, ensured it met code, recommended and procured all building materials, and went the extra mile with electric, etc. Both closets look like they've been in place for years. Truely a work of art that other contractors did not have the skill set to bid on.

+ -1 moreMy once run down bathroom is now a private spa with a second to none finish quality.
Description of Work: Complete bathroom renovation including the PROPER installation of an air tub, towel warmer, exhaust, marbel tile, custom vanity with power outlet, heated floor, and audio system with iPod integration. When all other builders said they could only fit a standard tub (60"), CWM Builders was able to install a 66" air tub into my small bathroom by using advanced engineering methods which other builders do not know exist. Not to mention, CWM Builders took the time to properly insulate the bathroom for both heating and noise purposes.
