+ -1 moreThey were the only ones able to make the keys that I needed. I have also had them come out to the house and change some locks. I like them, they do good work and give good service. They fixed the hinge on my front door and changed the lock on a rental property. He came out quickly.

+ -1 moreThe locksmith was very personable and professional however he left the plate off of the lock and actually threw it away and I didn't notice it until he left . When I called him about it rather than coming back out, he told me over the phone how to fix it, this is what I paid him to do. In addition to this very day the border of the door knob shifts and this did not occur prior to his service call.
Description of Work: Changed tumblers on doors so they would all use the same key and replaced a lock.

The locksmith that came was very professional, I explained that how I wanted the locks keyed and he let me know that he would not be able to complete all the locks in the half day that was left but he would return the next day to complete. He worked diligently around the other workers in the building and completed the tasks timely.
